Summit Team Building

It was a pleasure working with Jessie at Summit Team Building at Blue Mountain this past week for a work event. We participated in the Blue Mountain Quest - it was an exciting, fun and interactive scavenger hunt around the village. Our team truly enjoyed the whole experience and had so much fun throughout the entire hunt. Treva and her team got the group excited to play and compete to be the winners. We would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a fun, team building experience!

I used Summit Team Building to plan an afternoon of team activities at Blue Mountain for our partners from across the healthcare and social services spectrum. Everyone had an amazing afternoon and was raving about the Adventure Quest! Thank you to the team at Summit for a great afternoon!

Scott cultivated the physical components of learning with visual, motor and management skills, helping our team to perform at their peak with ease and joy. He worked hard to provide the team with the right amount of support that led to them to challenge their limits and support each other. Throughout the day, Scott was able to gain their trust while providing them with some essential skills and surprising them with lifelong takeaways. Our One Bird team will remember the importance of ‘Pause, Challenge & Choose’!

Great Team Building event at Blue Moutain Resort. The summit team were professional, enthusiastic and fun! The Blue Moutain quest was a great excuse to get everyone outdoors after a full day of meetings. A little bit of exercise and friendly competition between conference meetings and dinner. Laurie and Deanna from Summit ran an awesome afternoon event for our senior leaders.The two activities were exactly the right mix to pull out the culture themes we’re focussing on as an organization. They got us talking and engaging, pushed people a little out of their comfort zones and gave us the opportunity to reflect on communication, collaboration, decision making and accountability.The Summit facilitators did a fantastic job of keeping us on track, presenting in a warm and professional way and guiding us through post-activity reflection processes.I especially appreciated the effort they made to incorporate our organization's culture key themes into the discussion and associated materials. I recently worked with Summit Team Building for an off-site meeting put together for my marketing team. Scott's Key Note presentation was fantastic, by far one of the most engaging and captivating key note presentations I have listened to with regards to working together as a team and overcoming obstacles. He kept all of us fully engaged for 90 minutes with his incredible true stories of climbing the worlds tallest peaks. My team also loved the Put Your Chef Hat On" team building activity.
