My daughter attended this treatment center and it was a waste of time. She was using while in treatment. They do not use the twelve step program, so basically have no accountability to anyone. They can also be in contact with family and friends on the outside, which in my opinion leads to drug activity or alcohol abuse. Im thinking because it is funded they push patients through, to avoid costs. Waste of time and money.

Honestly, as a patient i can say this place was a great start to a new life. Yes it took a few tries, 3 or 4, but addiction is a life long battle that cant be cured. As an addict of literally every drug ranging from weed to speed to carfentanil, i'm not proud of it but sh*t happens. You cannot blame the Detox centre if your child or friend got sober and than relapsed, you cannot blame the centre if your daughter brought drugs into the facility, that's on her. You go there by choice not by force.My time here, my many times here have always been great, even though its the most painful and horrible experience to sober up from opioids they made me feel as comfortable as i could be, if that meant i had to have 10 baths in one night or if they had to make 4 stops to the closest 711 cause i wanted candy to help my cravings. They did the most they could with what they had and being a little girl coming off of such heavy drugs and such a crazy past, each time i visited, coming home felt like a fresh start, and being an addict thats all were looking for, we dont wanna just sober up, we want a fresh start and this is what bridges gives out. Not only do they help you sober up but they help get you on track to a fresh start, but they cant be doing all the work for you to magically get back on your feet, you need to put the work in yourself if you truly want to become better. So saying i sent my kid here and theyr'e still on drugs'' and giving this place a 1 star review is like saying "i joined this gym a week ago and didnt lose any weight? horrible place 1 star". An absolute disgrace of an organization that claims to care and assist their participants in their recovery and safety. Starting with the leadership team, who prefer to turn a blind eye to the rampant mistreatment and abuse of the program participants and allow certain staff to continually put the health and wellbeing of not only their participants at risk, but their staff. Management does not and will not support the staff that actually do care enough to do their jobs properly, exposing them to unsafe work conditions both physically and mentally. There are certain staff who are allowed to run rampant with their shady and abusive tactics simply because they have inappropriate relationships with certain managers and pull the wool over their eyes. Believe me, if you are serious about getting services from this organization, LOOK ELSEWHERE. I can confirm that the bad reviews and claims in other reviews of this agency are 100% true, with many more problems that are not listed here. The leadership is incompetent and inept at actually focusing on the care and wellbeing of the people the supposedly serve. These people know who they are and should be ashamed of themselves. In fact, there's a strong chance that some of these so called leaders" are so clueless that they don't know the catastrophic failure that this place is headed towards and believe me

The bridge is an amazing organization. The staff at youth recovery house were lovely and changed my daughters life!

This place was terrible. Never ever go here. I felt like an animal in the eyes of the nurse. My brain felt dead and I needed just basic respect. They gossip about you. They broke my really expensive makeup palette and didn't apologize. I couldn't afford another or anything. It was a gift. Do not go here. Whoever runs this place doesn't actually know how to help alcoholics. They just want to feel better about themselves. Shame on you. Go evaluate your program. I couldn't wear any of my clothes because some showed a lil slit of stomach. No one told me this prior. No help was provided but God would save you. Even God knows you have to put in work first. I drank more after and felt suicidal. Any help was better than here. I am happy to be clean now but this place is a bad memory.

Staff was incredible, insisted I let them know if I needed anything. First 2 days I wasn't well enough to leave my room. The staff would check on me and bring me Boost meal replacement shakes. When I started feeling better I checked the place out; there was a movie room with alot of DVD'S to watch, a quiet room (which had puzzles, board games, yoga mats and balls), a bathroom with a large soaker tub, kitchen that was open 24hrs with juices, milk, cereal, oatmeal, toast and fruit. There's even a chiropractor, a massuese, and a pedicurist that comes in. Im glad there are places Ike these with the kind of people that work there, otherwise I would have died a long time ago
