When we purchased and had the grass installed I would have given this company 5 stars. The grass looked amazing. Then, 4 weeks later, we put down their fertilizer in the quantity we were told and within 2 days the grass was burnt and turned yellow!When I called to discuss the matter it took a week for me to be able to actually speak to someone- my emails were never answered and it was extremely difficult to speak to anyone about this complaint- no one knew who to refer me to!.Finally I was told we burnt the grass by putting down too much fertilizer. We did exactly what we were instructed to do. They protected their employee saying that my husband and I must have misheard her say use the entire bag

Beaucoup de produits disponibles, bon rapport qualité-prix, on trouve de tout pour l'aménagement paysager. J'aime cet endroit également pour les bons conseils que je reçois pour mes projets.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went to get an estimate for decorative rocks for my pool but the person responsible wasn't available and was asked to call back. Called back a few days later and the persone responsible refused to give me an estimate. His excuse was that he didn't want it to fall back on him if ever there too much or too little. And I said, well that's why they call it an estimate so I (the customer) can have an idea of what I need to make I decision and he still refuses to help.I'm only giving 1 star because it's the lowest rating available.
