Coffee Time
I went there today morning and he overcharged me. 2 samosa 1 muffin and 1 minute maid juice 16 dollars. Of course I don’t mind the price I found it normal but went to order online again and I saw different prices. As an act is disgusting.

Coffee Time
One of the best study cafes with many regular customers. The Korean owners are very friendly and food selections are healthy and cheap. I stayed until 8pm to study and didn’t have any issues with interruptions like loud music or wifi. I will definitely come back with my friends.

This is the coolest Coffee Time ever. On top of the usual Coffee Time menu, they serve their own little complementary menu which includes some of the best udon in the neighbourhood!!The shop is exceptionaly clean, the owners are very warm and friendly, and the atmosphere is really relaxing. I can't recommend this cafe enough!

Going to this coffee time was a terrible experience. Very rude customer service from the owners. I ordered a sandwich and the male owner asked me if I want coffee as well. I told him no, and he smirked and asked me again condescendingly “no coffee?”, I told him no again, and he said something in his own language with a condescending look and tone. Him and his wife also exchanged some remarks in their language while quietly laughing. I told him as owners they shouldn’t speak in another language in front of customers because it’s rude. He said he doesn’t care and started yelling at me and pointing his finger. I was offended. They asked if I want my money back instead of the sandwich and I said ok. They didn’t even give me my full refund! They didn’t give me my receipt either when I asked for it. I told them I need the receipt and a full refund but they refused. Very bad customer service.

Today I had a bad experience in this place. I had never felt so upset and embarrassed at the same time since I did not speak English. but my friend translated for me. I wanted a long sandwich with egg, bacon and sausage, obviously I was going to pay whatever it was... the very kind lady said yes. If a big man already seized, I think the angry angry man said no. I almost fought with the lady. and they began to speak in their language. but it was noticeable that he forbade her to sell it that way. and he shook his head annoyed and with a mocking smile. very kind lady. The man is like he is no longer comfortable with what he does. I will never return.

The lady owner request me go outside when I was talking on the phone. I wasn't loud at all, just normal voice and there were no any customer at the time. terrible service, you push your customer get out of your store. Never come back.

I kind of enjoyed going here until I got this poor excuse for a Philly cheese steak sandwich. When I questioned the meat portion in there they said nobody complained ever except for me. When I said what about the one picture on their monitor - full of steak - the lady said that’s just a picture…then don’t put false advertising on your screen. Very disappointed- it’s like they got angry at me for questioning them. Terrible. Very sad. I wish people would realize that consumers are more discerning now than ever. Everything is so much more expensive and consumers want to get their money’s worth. And the truth is I very much liked the owners up until this incident. So I will let you be the judge if this illustrious steak sandwich is worth around $11.92 incl. tax including Boston cream donut and medium coffee…really???
