Gord is awesome.. great selection.. great quality clothing and fair prices... love the embroidery work in our staff clothes... looks fantastic !!

The last three times we have used Proline, they have completely forgotten about our order and we have had to call repeatedly to get it done - late every time - despite walking in in person each time!Last week, we requested a dozen cotton/poly t-shirts and got all cotton which we had no choice to take since the event was the next day. Paid a premium of $24.00 per shirt for all that unnecessary stress.Very disappointed and needless to say, will never use them again.

Gord was a pleasure to work with and got our items in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using Proline Custom Clothing for all of our embroidering needs.

Ordered some shirts and caps from Gord, had to follow up with him a couple times but when we got the order they were great!

Dealt with this company a few times over the years and it was always the same. Brutal service... no communication and I had to follow up on every order. Thought I would give him another chance and ordered some hats and T-shirts on Aug.23,2019. Waited till Dec.2nd to go in and check on our order. The T-shirts were still NOT done!! Cancelled my order, paid for my hats and no apologies from the owner. DO NOT take your business here.

I spoke with someone over the phone yesterday, requesting to have a tank top printed. I was giving him 2.5 days notice, and said I would pay extra for the rush. I asked if this was possible. I was told maybe". He told me to send in the art file. I did. Apparently the file didn't work. I only realized this after emailing him again to follow up as I had no response. I sent another file and asked if this was OK and if it was possible to have it done in time. No response. I waited the evening and followed up again this morning. No response. I waited a couple of hours and emailed back to tell him I have decided to take my business elsewhere. There was NO communication and I simply couldn't be dragged around any longer with a "maybe" and no responses. I had planned on using this vendor for professional orders

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE! You may not ever receive your order and Proline will drive you mad by ignoring you and giving you the run-around.I needed a set of t-shirts for a non-profit organization.Gord tried very hard to convince me to place my order with Proline, because no other company would be able to do it. He told me he could have the shirts done in about a week." I was convinced. I went back to my office and e-mailed Gord the order and the artwork. 24 hours later I had not received a confirmation

Don't waste one ounce of time with Gord and Proline. Doesn't respond to emails and when you leave a message some lady simply answers, takes your info and no one ever calls back. What will happen is Gord will charge you $40.00 to digitize your logo, then when you want something done at a later date he won't respond! Now he has you logo hostage, and you have to go somewhere else and pay more to have you logo re-digitized. I have no clue how this place stays in business. He made lots of shirts/jackets for our company a couple years ago and they looked great. Now, I don't know what the he'll is going on??? Go to any of the other Embroidery Shops in Kelowna. Avoid this place like the plague

Gord Sealy will never get my business again. You will receive ZERO customer service from this man. Was awful to deal with from the get go. He has lost my business indefinitely!!!!

I have used Proline for my sons sporting events, as well as our business needs and have nothing but great service from Gord and his team. They provide great product and fast return I will be using them for all our future business needs!
