Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Picked up their most sold item - a Mango slushie. You see staff are almost every time peeling and dicing mangoes. Assumed that all it would contain is mangoes and some ice and perhaps apple juice or bananas for added sweetness.First the mangoes as they are not in season are what I call them Salad Mangoes, and are not as sweet. They were ripe, but they inherently not sweet. I remember passing them during warmer months and seeing Atulfo mangoes and assumed they use the same in winter months as well. They don’t.Then they add mango small pieces and for .50 cents would add blackened tapioca balls - we did and were not pleased with the decision. They just don’t go well. Then after ordering the sting and carefully seeing how they make it, see that they add several pumps of syrup which had a label of Lychees but it is basically sugar syrup - wish I had known, would have said not to add, shaved of some unhealthy calories. Would have paid no more than a buck to add a fresh/frozen banana.The taste was OK. The Mango pieces saved the day and the tapioca pearls spoilt it.

We always go to this location every time we go to Erin mills mall. I always order the taro sherbet with tapioca. Today I ordered it again and it was bland, watery and the tapioca now i think is home made brown sugar tapioca. The tapioca had different consistencies; some are mushy, some are hard and only a few are the right chewy texture. It doesn’t have any taste as well. It’s pretty disappointing considering I’ve been going to this location for years. Maybe it’s the specific worker that was there today. But each employee should be trained the same way so all drinks are made to taste exactly the same as they’re supposed to be, I couldn’t even finish my drink. Such a waste.

I found the service to be good, the drink to be well mixed and the overall experience to be at par with others. There's no sit down area but it's a quick serve mall shop so I won't remove points there.I ordered taro milk tea with reasons and lychee jelly. It was good, though perhaps a little warm.

Completely disgusting. Ordered a large banana strawberry smoothy with no ice and they put water to replace ice. When complained the lady admitted they put water in smoothies if no ice. Also said they don't put milk or yogurt. Kids got loose motions after drinking it. Thinking of complaining to Health Ministry and requesting a health officer to look into what she said. Using tap water instead of milk or yogurt for smoothies is cheating.

Worst experience froma fresh fruit franchise. We took 2 different kinds of bubble teas both of them were complete trash water no mango chunks even though extra were ordered.

Ordered the mango slush and had a piece of paper in my drink ..was not blended right either... unfortunately didn’t realize till I left the mall. They were super busy and seemed to be rushing everyone’s order.

Asked for a small honey green tea. And gave me a large honey milk tea. Not what I asked for and wasn’t listening. When I checked receipt I had been billed wrongly and for the wrong drink. I mentioned it to the girl and she just shrugged her shoulders at me and wouldn’t offer to refund and make me the correct drink. Not impressed. It was my first time here and I drink bubble tea all the time. I never ask for milk because I’m lactose intolerant. Ended up dumping the cup at the next garbage bin what a waste of $8

This real fruit bubble tea location has a good selection of slushies, fruit smoothies and milk teas. There are long lines during peak hours (after work). I had a diamond mango slushie and it was great! Prices are reasonable as well.

I only ever order the strawberry smoothie from here, I find the portion size fair. Bit expensive but food everywhere is overpriced.I’m glad they’ve added the self ordering option as the staff never seem to be interested, which I can understand.
