On the eve of my trip to Spain (May 9, 2022) I want o give a shout out to my Travel Advisor, Sandy McLary, of Travel Agent Next Doo, who has worked and walked me through the forms, health requirements and spent many hours making sure I am covered and have all the apps to use to avoid roaming charges. I have a lounge to decompress in, extra leg room seats, and she has spent a lot of time on the phone with me, while recovering from Covid. I am so grateful to have such a caring and conscientious travel advisor in my corner. If I un into a problem, lost passport, positive Covid diagnosis, a need to call her without using roaming charges, well I am grateful indeed to have this woman in my corner. She makes my travel easier and I thank you Sandy. This is a complicated trip and knowing I have an app to use in any emergency and someone who will help me if I happen to get Covid and will make quarantine arrangements for me, means more than I can say. Travel is more complicated now due to Covid, and having someone to walk me through everything ahead of the trip was very comforting. I had a little fall in Spain, not serious enough for medical attention, but it was there if I needed it in my insurance package.Thank you. You are the best Sandy and I am so grateful and thankful for your diligence and excellent customer service.A post trip note, I was better prepared for airport checks re vaccination requirements, than others on this trip.Looking forward to working with you again, when I am ready to book another trip. Had an amazing time on our trip! We were specific on what we did not want, and Sandy was able to deliver. With COVID she warned us on some possible issues so that we would not be surprised. She was very professional and got us the information that we needed to make decisions. Sandy was able to deliver everything we needed to have a great trip.
