Executive Housekeeper

While the staff was pleasant enough, on the whole they were very unprofessional, very poor communicators, and did very poor quality work. I made up a schedule for them (most businesses would do that for you) and they still failed to show up on the proper day. I had to chase after them to find out when they would arrive. As far as cleaning went, they only did what you could see: they didn't clean under beds, sofas, or behind anything a majority of time.They started off doing a good job but quickly lost interest. I employed them for about eight months.I would avoid this company and look elsewhere.

Very poor and unprofessional service. Make promises they cannot deliver. Will not return calls or email enquiries for work. Absolutely useless time wasters!
