Nice store in the Eastern part of Montreal with great decorative indoor and outdoor lighting options and styles, more functional (think workshop/garage/workbench) lighting, a limited number of ceiling fan options and also newer higher end ventilation. Also have electrical boxes, commercial/industrial supplies, etc. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Bien que beaucoup de variété en montre, c'est souvent trop cher. Ils nous ont décrocher plusieurs items parmi les modèles en démonstration, pour nous les vendre au prix des neufs. En plus, ils n'acceptent pas le retour des achats (pas du tout negociable). Sincèrement, ce n'est pas un bon endroit pour acheter ses luminaires.

The only thing I don't like about this place is that you can't actually see what your buying until it comes out. Kinda like the old consumers distributing.

Service déplorable ! J'avais vraiment l'impression d'ennuyer le vendeur qui visiblement ne voulais pas s'occuper de moi. Réponses évasives à mes questions et n'a pas cherché à comprendre mon besoin. Excusez moi encore de vous avoir dérangé !

I ordered a ceiling fan. They said 2-3 weeks. They claim they delivered it (it took 4 weeks) and said they left the item in the lobby of my building with 200 units. I received no notification of the delivery. This was irresponsible and negligent. The fan was probably stolen. They ordered a replacement and said 2-3 more weeks. After 3 weeks it still wasn't there. I was dissatisfied and tried to cancel the order but they refused. So I contacted my credit card bank and they cancelled it and refunded my money.
