This is one of the best pharmacies in town! The pharmacist here goes above and beyond for every one of his patients. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and always provides me with great advice. I’m glad I made the switch from one of those big chain pharmacies, it was definitely worth it!

Amazing service and super convenient! Nish is amazingly helpful. I can call or text him for all my pharmacy needs and he will always happily respond. He also has many products both pharmaceutical and homeopathic at low prices and is always looking out for the best interest of his clients. I recommend this pharmacy to all my friends and family.

I had an amazing experience while scheduling an RT-PCR test for my parents to allow them to travel. I had an issue where my father was testing positive for COVID-19 when he wasn't suffering from it anymore. Nishi was very thoughtful and helpful in assuaging our concerns and exploring different avenues to resolve this.Nishi is an amazing pharmacist who cares for his customers and is knowledgeable about his work. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience at this pharmacy. The booking system on the website was very easy to use to book the PCR test for travellers. In addition, we had a very friendly experience while doing the tests. We had some trouble with our first flight, we booked a new flight and needed a new PCR test. When we shared our story wih the pharmacy, they were compassionate and offered us a discount. I totally recommend this pharmacy for their good service and the compassionate attitude.

I tell people all the time how much I love the pharmacist here! Hes so nice, gets your prescriptions ready right away, and does everything he can to get you taken care of ASAP. He also remembers your name and shows genuine concern when you're not feeling well :) will keep going here as long as I'm in Kitchener

Doon Village Pharmacy does not disappoint. Amazing customer service.The pharmacist Nish will go above and behind and deliver your medication If you aren't able to. Also you have the option to text or call for your prescription which is a plus! I am very happy from switching from a previous pharmacy to this one. By far the best choice me and my family have made.

We had the opportunity to partner with Doon Rx throughout COVID to offer travel testing with 24 hour results to their customers. They were incredible to work with and regularly went above and beyond to ensure customers were travel ready. A great operation!
