I got highlights today and my hair is long so asked Megan if she would straighten it and she did and so I got my hair done with me great people and it only cost $54.00. I went to three other hair salons and the best quote was $130.00. Keep supporting locally and you are helping your future hairstylist...

To be honest, I came in here with very low expectations. But they managed to make my hair white from black with no trouble. The service is outstanding and overall the experience is out of this world. I highly recommend this place to anyone questioning it. Special thanks to Erin for doing such a great job on my hair.

Owner and Head Teacher is Awesome and students are friendly and good place to get a haircut. Price is great too Men's haircut $12.45. Just give 15-20 dollars every time I visit here.

Always does a great job of cutting hair. If you find a problem once you get home, go back the next day and they will fix it for you. No problem. Love the atmosphere and the students are well taught.

I'm sure that when a mom walks in to any hair salon with 4 kids (3 of which are 6 and under) and then asks for all of them to get cuts colour the staff get a bit nervous. This salon completely took it all in stride, the lady that I spoke to first patiently waited while I explained and showed pictures for what they all wanted and then expertly directed who was going where and when each should get started in relation to what they wanted. Everyone that worked on the kids was professional and great for asking what they wanted and double checking with me. I would definitely recommend this place, and I look forward to the day I can get my hair done here.

Rebecca (Rebekah?) did a great job! The place I normally go was closed so figured I'd give this school a shot. Was a little worried with it being a school but had no reason to be as they did just a good a job as any place I've ever been. They have a teacher that checks the work for anyone concerned. Everyone was super friendly and we got in right away. The price was amazing too!I really liked the idea of being a subject to help others learn as well, but honestly, they seem pretty much there already. Will definetly be back.

Been going here for many years but the service has deteriorated since the move to this location. Teachers left and the commitment and dependability did too.I drive from out of town and have not been able to get colour done on several occasions even though I arrive in the timeframe they recommend. I have phoned in advance and been told that it’s not necessary and that I can not make an appointment.I waited for over an hour last fall only to learn that a student asked to do my colour but the teacher told her that I probably wanted foils - so no. Even though when I arrived I asked for a solid colour. An hour then passed and when the teacher decided decorating the Christmas tree was more important than starting my colour, I left.I decided to give them another chance last week and arrived just before 1:30. I didn’t call because I’ve been told in the past that I don’t need to. Guess what? They couldn’t do my colour.On our last successful visit the teacher asked how I wanted my hair cut but I had already told her at the beginning. She was obviously too preoccupied or bored to listen the first time. Teachers also need to check cuts more closely as I had to fix my daughter’s bob that was over an inch different in length. Cuts are a good price but those for colour are getting comparable to salons now.The students are great but the organization needs improvement. I used to recommend Festival School to everyone but no more, and I won’t be returning either.
