Horrible service, the lady there slowly morphed her face in to one resembling a depressed pearson and made no attempt at helping me. My experince was quite poor even though in the end i was able to mail my item. I would only reccomend this place if you have no other option!

Really nice employees. Fast processing. I come here every monday to ship 30-50 packages and they don't seem to mind. I think they are even happy to see me even though I make them do a lot of work LOL!

Very slow service, stood in line for over half an hour only to find out they apparently didn’t have my package. Had to go through conflict resolution with Canada post before they discovered that they actually had my package all along. Not impressed at all with this branch.

I can’t stand having to go here for packages. Whenever I see a delivery notice in my mailbox that means I missed a package, I weep quietly before making the sad pilgrimage to try and retrieve my items. From the slow service to the random computer problems that prevents parcel pickup, at least it’s never the same show twice but always consistently disappointing.

Worst mailing service ever if they loose a package there is no help no willingness at all if you have a choice go a different way of mailing

Parcel was ready for pickup at 1pm still wasnt in their system by 4 pm. They are the worst for customer service.

Husband and I rented a PO box from this location and had nothing but problems. We would continuously get reports stating that Canada Post could not find Canada Post to deliver our mail but delivered it to this very location. We asked the worker there about what this was about and she (very kindly) said it's not uncommon for that to happen, she doesn't understand it either. We would get parcel cards for postcards, final notice parcel cards that have already been picked up.It's very disorganized.

December 21 at 12:30 put a card where you need to pick up the parcel. After 9 minutes, it says that the package has been delivered. But the parcel was not delivered. At the post office, the woman refused to look if the package was in stock
