Saints Peter & Paul Parish

Not recommeded for the faith of heart. If you are expecting to have your ear tickled and told you'll go to heaven just because, find another parish ... seriously.Fr.Mario is the Parish priest and tells it like it is. You don't get a pat on the back for just showing up to church and taking part in sacraments that you are supposed to as a Catholic Christian. However if you are looking for a soul shaking revival of good ole Catholic Christian faith, bring yourself to Church and dont miss the Homily.Also, there are plenty activities going on that is individual and community centered, and best thing it's free.

The Church itself is beautiful.Unfortunately I stopped going just before Christmas. I did not agree with Father’s idea of calling Jesus man child.He was also made unprofessional and awkward jokes about grandmothers. Over and over the same jokes. I felt the videos before Christmas were racially non inclusive and a waste of time. Let’s sing during that time or simply pray; would he a better use of time.The choir and their team, are beautiful and warm. They would be the only reason to go back.Thank you for readingGod Bless

The best parish in Mississauga:) fun and amazing priest

Great congregation .typical Catholic church as in mother Marys to pray to even though she is just anouther one of us not up beside God just Jesus is .can't remember the sacrifice of jesus or the Only father our God took jesus off the cross before he died. but this priest or guy up there called the group in the seats not smart enough to read. Plus remember God knows Lucifer lied to gods angels repent and go home.

Father Mario officiated my father's funeral mass about a year ago. It was a comfort going to the church I frequented when I was young. I didn't expect the priest to be as comforting to me as he was. He didn't do anything special, he was just being himself. But his sermon reflected his love of God. I believe his love and respect for God is genuine and humble...a rarity in today's day and age. Since my father's funeral, I've been watching services online. I am grateful for this. If you are looking for a priest who will challenge you and teach you, I recommend you try attending a mass with Father Mario.To Father Mario:Thank you for bringing passion to your faith. I’ve been to several funerals at Saints Peters and Paul Parish and have found Fr. Mario to be one of the most rude and obnoxious people I have ever dealt with. He talks down to guests and parishioners alike. Both times he verbally insulted families during the homilies. I can't see how anyone can keep going to this parish while he is the priest there. How can someone like this comfort people when he’s such a foul person.

Just returned from the 5 pm mass which was THOROUGHLY enjoyed by myself and partner. The choir was spectacular and the entire service met my expectations. I only wish father Mario would stop making unnecessary comments about Canadian bratty kids and grandkids. It rubs grandparents the wrong way especially when I know my grandchildren are NOT spoiled brats.Continue the good work!!!

Fr Mario is not an ordinary catholic priest, besides having a masters degree, he also loves kids and loves educating them. He and his team organizes activities around encouraging and educating children on real catholicism. His sermons are revealing kind, sometimes offends some parishioners who are more traditional, which Fr Mario is nothing like traditional. He has done so much for Sts Peter and Paul parish, I hope more priest in the Toronto diocese should be more like him.

Last Sept 2021 I asked my new car to be blessed. Their office don't answer back messages. So I brought the car to be blessed that day hoping to be blessed with another car Fr. Mario refused to include my car saying he is busy...just for 2 minutes... I was disappointed going home. He had no concern with his parishioners or people who approach him. He had done poor public service for the church

Italian Mass 9:30am on Sundays. During Lent, stations of the cross every Friday in Italian at 1pm
