Be careful .. dangerous….you sell them fruit and they will go direct to your growers and steal them. Look to sell fruit elsewhere.

Delivered to this place today.very quick and efficient unloading. Very friendly shipping dept.in and out of there in half hour.nice place easy to find..

Terrible customer service especially the delivery desk. I've had to wait hours and hours after arriving at the appointed time almost every time I come here. I would just like to make the owner/director aware of this issue. Several other colleagues of mine have had the same complaint and have decided to take our business elsewhere. We only come here as a last resort.

Place is a joke perfect example of unprofessionalism, salesmen act like you’re not even in front of them and want to ignore you theres other places at the market that can serve you better!!

Good day,As a fellow entrepreneur and business owner, I exercise my right to critique and criticize in a very serious manner and attempt to be as genuine/constructive as possible.I have been a long time customer of Tomato King and have supported their business model with all due respect and diligence since their rebranded inception years ago. It is by no means an exaggeration to state that my establishments and I have spent in excess of hundreds of thousands of dollars on purchasing their produce, both fruit and vegetable product.Regrettably, their quality in both product and customer service has deteriorated exponentially over the years. From spoiled product to obscene delivery times, each week Tomato King Inc seems to have lost their original objective of providing quality product with top service and delivery times.I know of several other companies who have faced and are currently facing similar issues with their team. Despite repeated attempts at conveying dismay in their terrible delivery times (sometimes in excess of three hours after an order has been placed) to their management and even at times filing requests for feedback, no difference has been noted by all of us for months. Many other resale vendors I know have actually abandoned Tomato King Inc as a supplier and only utilize their dismal services when absolutely necessary (i.e. when there is a shortage of product at the terminal). Some consumers have actually relayed experiencing racism by some of their delivery team members, specifically by having their order sheets/invoices placed at the bottom of packaged pallets in order to delay their delivery from departing the warehouse.Ultimately, I decided to endure one last time and portray our poor experiences with this company by venue of a Google review. In no way was this review intended to bash or retain any element of vindication towards Tomato King Inc, however as a fellow business owner I would be remiss not to inform others of the frustration and issues of dealing with this corporation. I do hope this criticism is received as constructive and wish them all the best.Unfortunately, as it stands, I cannot, in good faith, recommend anyone to conduct business with Tomato King Inc especially seeing as I have also dropped them from my list of suppliers. Please avoid and do your diligence - there are far superior suppliers at the Ontario Food Terminal who are much more inclined to maintaining their product and delivery times.Regards,Khan
