Isherwood Body & Fender

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I had to get my bumper repainted after getting rear ended and they did an amazing job and made it look like new! Very quick too. I definitely recommend going to Isherwood if you need any body work done on your car!!

Have used their services twice now- once when they were just moving to their current location from over by the golf course for auto body repair services and now a second time years later for a windshield replacement. Great friendly service, car looks fantastic couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend to anyone- always worth the wait, they will have your car back to you looking better than new wether you require large or small repairs.

Excellent service on both vehicles (windshield & bodywork/paint). Both were completed sooner then expected and the whole process was a breeze start to finish. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I needed a new bumper and a new wheel and tire due to a collision. My car looks and works like new again, and they even cleaned it inside and out for me. The lady at the front desk was great (didn't get her name), whoever fixed my car did a great job, and Eric R. was amazing. He is such a professional! Treated me like a king. You don't get service that good anywhere nowadays.

Seamless experience from booking appointment, dropping off vehicle, picking up vehicle after work was completed. Superior customer service and workmanship. Also grateful to receive a courtesy car while my vehicle was in the shop. The work was completed earlier than anticipated. I have used Isherwood twice now and both times they have been fantastic!The first time was for major repairs to my vehicle after someone drove into us. The customer service was easy and delightful and the repair thorough.The second time was for a windshield replacement. It was done so quickly AND when I picked up my car it was crazy clean. Inside and out! In fact it was so well done I came here to share that… and I rarely write reviews.I highly recommend Isherwood for your automotive repairs.

The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude while calling regarding my icbc claim and there acceptance of tow ins. She just wanted to argue on why its not drive able. Haven't used and would not recommend based on that alone. Customer service goes a long way in regards to business

Absolutely amazing service!!Isherwood went over the top to help me out and I would like to thank them highly! The staff is amazing to deal with, friendly and accommodating. They made it feel like I had been dealing with them for years.They helped me on multiple fronts, including:-My incident happened at the intersection Infront of their office and they provided me security cam footage.-They took my car in right away, had a quote to ICBC within a few days and got parts ordered asap.-Then the biggest thing is they bailed me out with a loaner car while we waited on parts, I had found out that I didn't have loaner coverage. It was amazing to be able to carry on with life while we waited on parts.-Final product is amazing, my car looks/drives like it did before the incident and I am happy to be back in my ride.I highly recommend!!Thanks again!!
