Bought 5 boxes of Vinyl flooring which were extremely heavy!!!! The guy brought them up front for me and said have a nice day I get no offer to bring them out to the car so away I go . I tried to lift (unsuccessful) a nice gentleman in the Parking lot offered to put them in my vehicle for me and was as well shocked how heavy they were and nobody offered to carry out. Going a little extra for a customer goes along way ..P.S. did I mention we also bought a tub and drywall and that was also left to my husband to load up the cart and get it in the truck with no offer of help !!!

Stopped by Lowes today for plumbing supplies. Whe we left, we found the car did not start and Denny came to our rescue. What a great guy, he got us going again and I just wanted to send a big Thank you Denny, It was so much appreciated.

Lowe's is a great place to find that special thing you been looking for. The staff are super friendly and fast to help. Best of all the prices are great!!!

Was a great store, but now staff are not engaged, Managers have no problem solving skills. Good luck getting someone to bring you purchase down. This store has become seriously mismanaged, only bright spot is Gary assistant store manager and the pro desk. I get anxious everytime I to this store.

A quality store with all of your needs conveniently located.Coming from out of town, it was unfortunate one staff member was not appropriate with his answers and statements.I had called earlier asking to view some flooring. He advised it was ok to do and after driving an hour the same employee whom I had been speaking with told me I could not do what he said I could do on the phone.The comments made during the conversation were unprofessional, inappropriate, unwelcomed and unacceptable.Further customer service training needs to be completed.Other staff members were accommodating and professional.#localguides

Worse garden centre to come to on a Sunday. No staff to help get product down when all they have are ripped bags of soil. Theres only 1 cashier and the poor person is overwelmed with the lineup.

This review is for Lowes customer service that my husband and I experienced at the Lowe’s store in Sarnia today. We are looking for a corner shower stall and were interested in one displayed in the store. We had questions about it and an employee (his name tag said Andrew) was right there at the service desk we were at. I inquired if the price shown on a particular shower was the price for that one in the black. He responded yes & I again asked for the black because I was a little dubious about his response. Yes was his answer and at that he turned and off he went in his wheelchair and left us standing there. He was rude and obviously not helpful at all. There is a Home Depot down the road from there and they were VERY helpful with all our questions.So disappointed in the lack of service experienced today at this store.Received an automated response (see below blah, blah, blah) nothing mentioned about speaking to employee concerning customer service. The response is about as good as the service we experienced today.

Great people working there (I think a few have quit since Rona took over). Product selection since Lowes was taken over by Rona has gotten worse, olts of empty shelves.
