Working with Randy's Lock was such a great experience that I had to write a review. My 1924 front door mechanisms did not work anymore and I had gotten to the point where I thought I had to replace the whole door. The technician from Randy's was so knowledgeable and professional and really cared about saving the original wood door. He installed new hardware that he actually had in stock in his vehicle so the door was saved. I highly recommend this company because every employee I dealt with from Karrie who made the booking to Steve that did the install were professional and caring.

10/10 service. I was in need of an emergency locksmith this week and the wonderful lady I spoke to on the phone understood the importance and timeframe I was working with. She was able to get someone over right after we got off the phone and save the day. Thank you so much again. Amazing service, very reasonable pricing as well! I hope to never be in the same situation again but glad I came across Randy’s Lock safe and Alarm inc!!

Lost my motorcycle key 2 days before I was supposed to leave for Friday the 13th. Got my ignition off and made it to Randy’s at 4:45. They had new keys made for me and I picked them up the next day at 10. This is excellent service and the staff was very pleasant to deal with. Thx for all your help. Highly recommend this business
