I asked my brother to buy flowers for my moms graduation. We planned on spending around $45. He asked for their opinion as he knew little about flower arrangements and this what they gave him.A total rip off for the price and they look worse than what you can buy at walmart.

Wanted to send some 'Get Well' flowers a couple of days before Christmas. Found most florists were no longer taking orders for delivery before Christmas. Patti's Flower Boutique didn't seem to have a cut off time/date so I placed an order with them. I did follow up with an email, just to be sure of delivery and I received a prompt, friendly reply. The flowers were delivered within 24 hours of my transatlantic order. The person who received them described the arrangement as 'epic' and was very happy with them. I was delighted as very often what is delivered bears no resemblance to what is ordered. However, Patti's Flower Boutique was 100% accurate. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the bouquet that I ordered for pick up. It was beautiful. The colours I had requested were used and the flowers were lovely.

Was very excited to surpise my mother with flowers at her place of work on Valentine's Day, although the surpise did work I wasn't overly happy to see the flowers she came home with. The one rose looked a little droopy right from the start, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and waited. After only TWO DAYS of having the flowers home one has already wilted and needs to be thrown out. For what I paid for only THREE roses I am not pleased at all, flowers from the grocery store last much longer than that. Was really hoping to give my mother the best Valentine's Day but sadly that was not the case.

I ordered flowers this morning by phone from Patti's after an internet search looking for the top-rated florist in Guelph as I do not live in the city. Patti's came up and I clicked onto the website. The website is very user friendly and had several photos of arrangements to choose from. I made my selection and called the store. The service on the phone was excellent. My order was processed and a confirmation email sent to me to confirm my order with the details as well as an email confirming that the arrangement was delivered. My friend texted me as soon as she received them and was thrilled with the arrangement. She said it brightened her day" which was exactly what I was hoping to do! It was beautiful and looked even better than the picture on the website. I would highly recommend this top-rated florist shop."

Wanted to send our daughter a snack basket at University. Called Patti’s and she put one together. It was delivered within a couple of hours, and made our daughters day! It was loaded with an assortment of the absolute best snack food available. Made her day! Thanks! We’ll be back.

I ordered flowers for my mother's funeral on their website. They quoted a price and then called me to tell me they had to charge me more. I told her to cancel the order, however they delivered part of the order and charged me for it even though she agreed to refund my card. The second florist did a much better job with the same bouquet. I disputed the charge and received a refund 2 months later. Not very professional and additional stress put on my shoulders.

I'm actually in disbelief as to what just occurred. I called to order flowers for this Mothers day, 2 orders and I am a regular repeat customer. Told them I was a little disappointed in the last arrangement I ordered in March and the delivery was late. It wasn't so much as a complaint as just an observation. I was immediately told that if I was so disappointed maybe I should go somewhere else. I replied Did you actually just say that to me". I tried to explain I'm making a constructive comment
