The people are accommodating. Had recall wotk done but my engine light came on afterward. I called and told them about it right away. I didn't get down as my work schedule is the same as they're service hours. Finally got down, took time off work and then they would not go and fix it without a charge. My engine light did not come on until after they put the recall part on. Very disappointing.

Thank you to Jason in the service department (I think.) I called Hyundai from St. Anthony because we destroyed one of our tires in a pothole. We knew we couldn’t get to St. John’s on a spare tire and Corner Brook was a long way. He kindly referred us to a business in Cow Head. We got the help we needed in Cow Head and can continue on to St. John’s on a new rim and tire. We are very grateful to Jason for his help and the referral. Thank you!!!

Took my car in for a check up and these guys misdiagnosed my car, made me buy a new transmission installed it paid thousands and the problem was not my transmission.It was a wiring problem which would have cost me less than 200 backs to fix. Very unprofessional work. 1/2 star work

I recently purchased a 2023 Elantra from Parkway Hyundai in Cornerbrook and received the most amazing help from our sales person David Brown. David was available at all hours to assist us via text and deserves a major promotion for the excellent customer service he provides. Monica Drover was also a great help in our purchase. These two made a great team and made our purchase run as smooth as it possibly could have. Parkway Hyundai - these employees are amazing assets to your company! 10/10 experience!
