Ross fixed an antique ring for us for a very fair price and pretty quickly too. Did a spectacular job with a resize and resetting a pearl which had fallen out. Can't recommend them enough!

My ring, a very minor damage, was sent in about 2 months ago and i’m still waiting for it. The gem fell out of the prongs and that was it. Then found out they still haven’t been working on it so i messaged them and received back “i’m sorry i will try to get to it tomorrow” I’ve been waiting 2 months. what else do you do because obviously it isn’t your job. i recommend a different place to go to when it comes to these things because apparently they aren’t gonna fulfill your needs.

I had a watch repaired but failed to realize that they don't take credit cards. I have never had a merchant tell me to take the watch and drop off the money later when I got the chance. Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Excellent work fair prices great attitude. Simply the best
