CIBC Branch with ATM
Bad service my account was breached and I was told online to go to any branch to fix it, came at 3pm and they said they'll call me when a manager is available. Never got a call. They closed at 5 so went in at 430 to set an appointment to fix my problem and the teller they helped me before said to wait in line for an appointment. my accounts breached and everyone from online banking with cibc said to fix this ASAP. No help from this branch what so ever.

I believe the lovely lady's name was Carmela? An absolute delight to work with anytime I need help from this branch. I don't want to go to anyone else to handle my finances in the future. She is simply delightful in spirit and explains everything clearly when answering my questions.

I do not recommend using this branch for any financial services relating to transferring RRSP or other accounts from any other institution to CIBC. It has been six months and between lost paperwork and incorrectly filled out paperwork the transfer still has not occurred.

I suffered the consequences of the workers at this branch, they did not take accountability and were arrogant about their mistake until it was shoved into their face. They took no actions to fix their mistake and charged me money to try to find a solution.Find a different bank and save yourself time and money.

(Mostly) friendly staff however they are extremely slow. Wait 10-20 minutes in line each time I’ve come in .. then wait forever for the staff to make the deposits I have. Should hire more staff or improve efficiency at this branch. Not good for the customer experience.

I was helped by an older women to certify a cheque. They made multiple mistakes throughout the process, and what should have been a quick 5-minute transaction, took multiple days and I ended up foregoing service at this branch. I am not a customer of CIBC, so I understand there are processes that go into certifying negotiables, but I have never been given this much trouble or turmoil when trying to execute such a simple request.

I haven't always had a lot of luck at this branch since moving to Calgary however recently I have been working with a Mobile Banking Specialist named Tim Surman. Tim has been super helpful for setting up some investment accounts and he also spearheads a lot of my personal and business banking requests to ensure they get completed in a timely manner. My experience has been a lot better now and I'm happy to stay with CIBC going forward.

Great place! Thanks for Edison Wei, our financial representative. He helped me and my wife to open a new accounts, also he answered every question we had and provided an excellent customer service. Great job!!!
