Did not use my water softener for over two years was in bypas.Mark came by to reset and cleaned the unit and replaced the filter cartridge. With a follow up call the next day.Excelent service would highly recommend this company.

Jack & Mark were very helpful at assisting us with replacing our old leaking water softener. Due to the lack of care on our previous unit that we inherited it started to go. Jack & Mark were very communicative during the entire process and had a new one installed that day! We received a follow up the next day as well ensuring that everything was going well and that the proper post-install steps were taken by us. Thanks again guys!

Jack was very professional and a man of integrity.I asked to buy a Kinetico water softener and Jack was honest with me and said it was too much unit for only a couple.He came to the house to meet with the plumber to make sure the install went smoothly.The install team were very courteous and did a great job on the install.I have no hesitation recommending the Aquamart Team.

Jack was incredible. He came to Test our water and gave us various options for what would work best for our home. When it came to install he made sure to accommodate our schedules with making it happen as quickly as possible! Customer service was absolutely fantastic and we would recommend them to all of our family and friends.

Kelly and Jerry could not possibly say enough about Mark.My 93 yrs old Mother living independently in Nobleton with a similar unit - listed on Aquamat website - installed 36 yrs ago, without 2 yr annual service since 2016.Mark provided us every detail possible, up to and including the function of the furnace humidifier. How to provided water sample for accurate testing.Although Aquamart Barrie does not normally service the Nobleton area; Mark's exceptional knowledge, provided every detail we needed, to ensure the heath of my Mothers' home.Above and beyond what any client could expect.Thank you, thank you, thank you.Kelly
