Really happy with the service provided by Heinz from Calgary Blinds and Shutters. He is very easy to work with and has a lot of patience for people like me who can't make up their mind or are rather fussy! It will be great once they have a designer back on board as that was an area I got a bit stuck in but Heinz explored all the options with me and was willing to admit that wasn't his forte. Price was extremely reasonable as well when comparing it to two other Calgary suppliers. Overall, we are super happy and would definitely recommend!

She's really knowledgeable and was super helpful to us given we did not know much about blinds. Heinz was super nice as well when he came to install them and really makes sure the installation is near perfect. You can tell how much they care about their product and customer service. I highly recommend Calgary Blinds and Shutters! My fiance and I recently moved into a new home and we needed new blinds, getting our blinds ordered and installed were the easiest part of our moving process. Their customer service is incredible, and the day we had them installed was after a long weekend and after a major snow storm. Their installation guy showed up before 9 AM, no problem and installed our blinds no questions asked. We really appreciated that! We had contractors not showing up because of the snow storm, and Calgary Blinds and Shutters didn't skip a beat. The blinds are beautiful quality, and they were a really good price!

Terry was excellent to deal with, he came with a wide range of blinds to choose from and helped us to decide which was best for our windows. Heinz was also very friendly and quick with installation. Terry the sales consultant did an excellent job through the whole blinds consultation and measuring. Everything was done within a few hours and he provided us with a great selection of zebra shades that fit our budget.After 4 weeks the blinds were ready for install. We were quoted 5-6 weeks and it arrived a lot sooner which my fiancé and I were really happy about!Saby the blinds installer called me a few days earlier to get a time and day to install. He was also very friendly and professional! He was able to install 16 blinds in a very quick and efficient timely manner.All in all, I would recommend Calgary Blinds and Shutters to my family, close friends and coworkers and anyone looking to get a great experience with buying their blinds for the first time. If we ever decide to get another place and get blinds installed, these guys would be my first call.
