I had a wonderful experience being suited up by Nelson. He was so friendly and welcoming, I instantly felt like I’d known him for years. Nelson went out of his way to help me try on a variety of looks and always gave me solid, trustworthy advice on what styles worked best for me. My rental suit looked incredible on the red carpet for the Hollywood premiere of my movie ‘Mercy’, and my wife and I even ended up on Getty Images!! I will be going to Nelson for all my future events, and I would strongly recommend Leading Man Tuxedos to anyone wanting to look their sharpest for every occasion.

Came into the store a week before I leave for my wedding and Nelson was amazing when it came to helping me find the perfect suit. He was honest and did not push anything, accommodating to everything I needed and we found the perfect suit and fit! Thank you Nelson.

I booked an appointment to speak with someone about arranging my groomsmen's suits, and I met Nelson who was punctual and on time for my appointment. Nelson made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. He was very charismatic and honest with me throughout my appointment. Nelson shared his observations and thoughts about my ideas and gave me transparency behind his recommendations, which made me feel like we were working together on my wedding. He is the main reason why I ultimately decided to rent 7 tuxedo's from Lead Man Tuxedo's and will continue to be a returning customer. Absolutely excellent customer service.

We had a fantastic experience when my friends and I rented our suits from here for our friend’s wedding. Nelson gave us lots of attention and made us feel valued as customers. He was super accommodating and was so friendly to us. He was able to find us suits that fit us perfectly. Jas, one of the assistant, was also very helpful and made us feel welcomed. I had a good experience renting a tuxedo for a wedding recently. They took my measurements and fitted me to a tux. I got a lot of compliments the day of my event. Both Nelson and Robert were very friendly and informative. I recommend this place to any guys wanting to rent or purchase a suit

If there was an option for zero stars that is what I would do here. I can not believe the level of unprofessionalism at a store that specializes in Tuxedo rentals for weddings and is attached to a wedding dress store (Lisa's Bridal). I bought my Dress from Lisa's Bridal and the gown and service was very good. I took advantage of the tuxedo deal that if you buy your dress from them then get your tuxes from them you get a discount. Very very big mistake. On the Wednesday when you would normally pick up your tux rental before your wedding I got a call 45 mins before the groomsmen's final fittings that were scheduled for 6:15pm that day. Apparently the tux pieces had not all come in that day with the shipment. Most of the pants and jackets were missing! The worst part was they had no clue how they would fix the issue. So I was leaving for my destination wedding the next day with 1 of 4 of the tuxedos I had rented 5 to 6 mos prior. Needless to say I was put into an extremely stressful situation that NO bride should be put into 2 days before her wedding. How can any store that provides such an important service, one, wait until the day of the final fittings to make sure they have everything they need, and two, not call you in the morning to give you more time to fix the issue when they realize their shipment had missing pieces. Luckily the store next door (Debonair) had the stock and was able to fit my 3 groomsmen in under 2 hours. I can't really put into words the disappointment this caused me and my husband. What an unbelievable. To any bride and groom out there looking to rent your tuxedos, I highly recommend avoiding Leading Man and/or Lisa's Bridal for Tuxes. It is not worth the unbelievable stress this last minute nightmare will cause you.

We had such a wonderful experience with Nelson ! We had just gone to Debonair which was a very disappointing experience - the person working there clearly didn't care about our event and wasn't helpful at all. In contrast, Nelson made sure we got the best deal (which is the cheapest I've seen, and we shopped around), but more importantly he took the time to make sure that our picks were right for our event, making helpful suggestions and additions without increasing the price! 10/10 service, and he made sure we got the deal we agreed on even after a computer glitch. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here!
