We’ve been using this company for years for all of our heating and a/c needs. Recently our a/c wasn’t working so Rob quickly came over to check it out, and gave us a few options to choose from. We had a new unit installed a few days later by Dustin and Zaren. Everyone was wonderful, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Highly recommended.

My family had an A/C unit installed by Dustin from Bob Pietz and it works great, yesterday we were having issues with it and we called them today and they, Dustin and his friend, were able to come day of and take a look. It ended up having a leak and they fixed it free of charge as the unforeseen issue was an issue with one of their parts. Dustin was very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable, able to answer any questions and even changed the filter. Couldn't be happier to have a working A/C. Enjoyed working with the company again.

We called on Friday afternoon before a winter storm is about to arrive. Receptionist lady was professional and friendly. Bob showed up in less than hour and he quickly detected the problem cause of our overheating furnace. We are very happy with his service and would definitely call next time if we have any heating or AC problems.

I wanted to wait a few months before posting my review. In a word, EXCELLENT. I had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed in February when my furnace finally quit. There were NO high pressure sales tactics but just an honest assessment of what I needed. The quality of the furnace and A/C are excellent as was the service. As a math person, I calculated renting over buying and when all the variables are considered it is not even close, BUY. This company offers a quality product at a honest price. If you are concerned about the limited warantee that the furnace company offers, then may I suggest buying the ten years extended parts and labour warantee that this company offers. Once again at a decent price. You can't go wrong with Bob Pietz Heating and Air Conditioning.

Being fairly new to Welland,we weren't sure which way to turn when, due to an issue our gas was turned off. We read some great reviews about this company and decided to give them a call hoping the service would match the reviews. Unfortunately because of the long weekend and with them being swamped, we had to call a few times. We were without heat for exactly one week but today our issue has been resolved and we are very pleased. When Rob showed up, we were relieved to find that he was able to smoothly and successfully replace a faulty part resulting in a once again functioning furnace. We know it to be true that any company could have easily told us we need to replace the entire furnace. With profit being ahead of integrity, honesty and customer's satisfaction with alot of businesses today, we appreciate that our experience with Bob Pietz company was nothing short of excellent. Rob and Calorie were quick to respond to my request for a new AC system. His price was fair and the installation was excellent. Dustin and Zaren were very professional, friendly and courteous, and left no mess when complete. As a lead tech in another trade, I was very impressed with Dustin's teaching of quality installation protocols to Zaren, who was clearly listening and offering proper feedback. It's just very nice to see that mentoring environment with such a positive spin. The entire purchase through installation of our water heater was respectful, courteous, efficient and at a great price. The gentlemen that did the installation were excellent. Proving once again, BUY LOCAL. I recommend these folks to everyone, as we are very please with their service and products.

Dustin and Zaren came out to install a new A/C unit. They were professional and and friendly. It was clear that Dustin knew what he was doing. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing throughout. The area was thoroughly cleaned up before he left. Dustin explained the invoice and warranty and the quality of the installed unit. Highly recommended!
