I came to see rudy as we talked over the phone about an out of province inspection, the lady at the shop would only talk to me outside because of mask and rudy wouldnt even open the garage door, i could barely hear him.. after 2hrs my inspection failed the only reason im ranking this as a 2 is because rudy let me go free of charge.

They were so awesome. My carpet cleaning machine broke an alternator belt and I thought I was done for the day as I didn't have a spare or the tools to fix it. Not only did they have the belt I needed to fix it they generously let me use a couple tools to get the repair done. Will definitely be going to them whenever I can to get my parts. Thank you so much planet auto from Executive Carpet Cleaning. You guys saved my bacon

Always have great service, never try to get me to fix something I don't need. For instance, a tie rod replacement when there's only a little play and no need to do more than be aware.This last time they ordered me a switch and relay for my blower, fixed the fan so it ran at medium and let me defrost my windows and warm my toes in the mornings between, and when my parts came in, had my car in and out in less than an hour! (I'm terrible with names, so I'll mention it was Annie who did the blower replacement, and fast! But at least one someone else who was also awesome took the car apart and determined the issue last week. So thanks to everyone!)

A very convenient local repair shop and store. I have bought tools and supplies here but never had a repair done so I can't comment on that. It is great having a store so close by.

Planet Auto is great! Only place around that had the metric bolts I needed and a tap to go with them. Big box tool stores had nothing. Great prices too. Proof that a small town shop is still invaluable in the age of mega stores and online shopping.

While we did not receive a service, we did make a purchase. The older man working was incredibly rude when I asked him about a part my husband had called about. Maybe he was having a bad day, but his rude comments and unprofessionalism were completely uncalled for.

A great local, family run business that is reasonable and honest in their dealings with the public. I've brought both mine, and my wifes car here over the last ten years with never a problem or complaint. Would definitely recommend these guys for any one in Turner Valley, or Black Diamond needing work done on either their truck or car who was needing an honest and reliable service station who weren't going to charge an arm and a leg.
