Scotia was rather unpleasant. I rather get my nails done at diva then come back here again. Low prices reflect the work all right

I love Scotia. Not only does she do great work (I had a mani, pedi and wax) but she is so personable! It made the whole experience so enjoyable and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

Love my nails! Great price, listening to my requests and perfection. I will definitely become a regular. Would recommend to anyone who needs gel nails done. Took a bit longer then expected but the end product could not be happier!!

I was in Thunder Bay with my mother and wanted to book her in somewhere last minute. Called here and they were able to take her. I’m never on this side of town, but parking was good and the place was easy to find. We had an appointment with Scotia I believe her name was. The vibe of the store is completely my scene! It’s a bit gothic rococo/dark Victorian! Scotia was the friendliest and super patient with us (we were totally indecisive about what kind of nails she wanted), and she did an amazing job! I think in the end we went with a gel nail, shaped short square. Honestly anytime we do a day trip in Thunder Bay, this is our go to place for a set of nails. I’ve read some reviews of other places, and I’m always apprehensive to try new places for this type of stuff (we usually go in Minnesota or Fort Frances where we know people who do good work), but we were not disappointed. Even walking back to the car we commented to eachother how nice the staff was.

Amazing place amazing work. As a student I always look for the best price. Not only does she have the best prices in town but the best work and salon as well. The place is super cute and homey. I work at the university and anytime I have students ask me where I get my nails done (which happens all the time because they look so good) I tell them where and how they have to go. They all come back equally as happy.

This was the best nail experience I have ever had. My nails turned out amazing and Scotia was an awesome person to hangout and talk with while getting them done. She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Would highly recommend ❤

do not go here. two of my friends and i went here and got gels done, for $55.00 each. they were very lumpy she did not file any of them down. my polish was see through in spots, my friends started to fall off after 2 days. when i asked to have mine shortened a bit more she told me i could go home and file them myself, and one nail on one hand would be twice as wide as the same nail on the other hand. they were so awful three days later we were paying thirty more dollars to get them fixed by an awesome woman i found online. just sad how bad the work was.
