My family and I went out and it was life altering. It was so beautiful inside and the food was fantastic! Delectable salads and the bread was super crispy and fresh. Would come back again 100 percent and recommend it to others.

Came on Sunday evening for dinner with my family. The place was almost empty.The service was good and have no complaints about the food, which was priced fairly. The waiting time for the appetizer and plates was a bit long.

there is a gentlemen waiter that works over by the bar side, ginger beard. he is an amazing server. i think he said his name was ben, and he really made our night amazing. just wanted to give this guy a huge shout-out, it seemed like the restaurant was a little short for staff, but this guy was efficient, kind, preemptive and delivered a welcoming experience. we tipped over 60%. im coming again, and hoping this gem is working again!!! i’ll catch his name for sure

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which set the tone for the rest of the evening.The service was exceptional, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout the meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations, which added to the overall experience.Now, let me talk about the food. It was absolutely fantastic! Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection, and the presentation was beautiful. The flavors were well balanced and nuanced, and each bite was a delight to the senses.Overall, I can confidently say that Swisschalet exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be back again soon. Ordered take out and confirmed with the lady everything was in the bag.Got to the hospital for dinner with my kids and sick father-in-law only to find out his dinner was missing!When I called the store and advised them, the guy hung up on me not wanting to give a refund on the meal that was not provided.Terrible service, and ruined what was supposed to be a nice dinner with my father-in-law in the Hospital.Avoid this place, they don't deserve the money.

HiThis is to report that I have had quite a few problems with pick up orders made with the 1011 Upper Middle Road E. location in Oakville in the past month or so. See below:Once, an order was completely missed and an employee delivered it to my home.Second time, I opted for curbside delivery and no one came even after I confirmed I had arrived. I had to go in and pick up and I was told they did not receive my message.Third time, the credit card terminal was not working for payment for a pick up at the restaurant. I had to go away & come back later to pay for my order.Fourth time, yesterday 5th May, Check4562, the white roll was missing from the double leg dinner I had ordered. It was ridiculous to drive back to get 1 roll of bread.I am a very frequent customer (weekly) at this location and feel something is wrong with the way business is currently being conducted at this location especially with pick up orders.I think I should be compensated for all these issues I have had and would also request you look into improving the efficiency of take out orders at this location.If I see no improvement, I will take my business to another location nearby which hopefully will be more efficient.Thank you for looking into this.

This location used to be crazy busy but now it's very quiet location at night. I blame the pandemic. There are three maybe four families at the most. The restaurant is clean and cozy.We both ordered a Double-leg dinner with diced garlic green beans (instead of French fries), Chalet sauce, and Cheesecake for dessert.I've heard of curing meat with salt, and my partner mentioned, Would you like chicken with your salt?"Way too salty including their "instant" adds hot water to the powdered Chalet sauce.The server kept on reminding us when the restaurant's closing hours were.
