CIBC Branch with ATM

I am giving it a 4 rating because of the hours open .... we need this location to be open on Saturdays even if it was for half the day due to working late and paid by check! Don't get home from work on Fridays till after 5 and bank closes at 5 and no way to get to Belleville branch ! Trenton branch needs to open for a couple hours on Saturdays !! I have always had great customer service while there no complaints but the hours !

These folks are lovely but clueless, had to speak to an agent 3 times within a week of opening my account so that my card would function

Went to the Trenton branch since it is the closet one to my house, to ask about a $140.00 service fee (on my student account) that ended up charging me a over draft fee since I don't keep lots of money in that account, and to ask for my money back since the fee was not my fault... the lady was very nice but was NO help, she ended up telling me I paid for something that was over the amount of money in my account (which my card would have declined if that had happened, since I didn't have the money"). I ended up calling the customer service number for a different issue I had and ended up mentioning that

Going there is a very lousy and very unprofessional banking experience if I ever did see one. I have been there several times (y'know, because it's close by and there really aren't that many banks in the Trenton/Belleville area), and every time I go there for something other than using the atm or just to pay a visa bill there is always trouble. Every single person I have dealt with there is very unknowledgeable for the profession they are supposed to be in, and the sensitivity of the clients' accounts and care. They have taken money out of wrong parts of accounts leading to me paying a fee (even so I told them), they forget half of what you tell them you came there for, most of it they tell you that they do not have the certification to do what you need done so you (and your account) get handed to different hands until they've actually found someone who can help you, their advise is not the best, and I can't remember a time when I went there and was not told that no one at all was able to help me with my account that day and that I should make an appointment"
