Customer service and products are top notch.I had an issue with a wheel. Customer service went behind my expectations to help and offer options. I can't recommend them enough due to their support and willingness to make things better than they were originally.I now have two sets of Nobl wheels thanks to their service, quality of product, and support post sale.

Ordered TR36 with Onyx Vesper hubs. Excellent deal, great service, fantastic presales help as well as actual purchase help!Wheels are awesome, managed 3 rides before the snow arrived and two were PRs.. Changed the bike completely. They roll faster, stiffer, look great and dead quiet on the trail too. Cannot be happier! It's gonna be a long winter...

If you are looking for a wheelset build for the first time, make sure to use the RECOMMENDATION feature in the Nobl website and provide the necessary information for the Nobl team. I was eyeing the TR35 but was professionally advised to get the TR37 instead due to where I ride, riding style and rider weight. They were not trying to upsell me (both builds are priced the same) but instead recommended me a lot of advantages for choosing the TR37 long term. Chris and Victoria were very helpful and made sure that I get the build that I want within my budget. Lead times are pretty decent when I made my online purchase. Also, create an account first before you make the purchase.The buying experience was smooth and the discussion on what is right for me was really helpful in choosing my first carbon wheelset build.

Upgrading the alloy wheels on my bikepacking rig to a set of the TR33 carbon wheels from NOBL was one of the best upgrades I've made to date. The ride difference is significantly noticeable the TR33s are much more still and compliant than my stock wheels. If you are on the fence, I would highly recommend. My customer service experience was excellent. NOBL staff (Tatiana) was super patient and helpful with helping me sorting out which rims and components were best suited for my riding style. Overall, I've been very happy and have since ordered a set of the new TR35s for my hardtail. I'll report back once I've had a chance to ride those!

A great place to go for custom wheels, their customer service is fantastic, the prices are competitive, and last but not last the wheel building is superb. Highly recommended this Canadian business for all your custom bicycle wheel needs!

What a great company, right from first contact on the phone to help design and choose my set of wheels to order processing and build out. Communication was absolutely top shelf, Liam and his team went over and above to ensure I received not only an excellent product but great value thru customer service. If you're thinking about new wheels I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

Great customer service, I needed a crash replacement and my claim was replied to within an hour. And the part was shipped within a day! Very helpful and professional employees.

NOBL has phenomenal customer service. I had questions all through the process of picking components and colors in order to make sure everything looked and worked great for my new enduro bike build. Tatiana was there every step of the way. She laid out components to show how they looked together and even helped with some special requests for extra vinyl so I can make my own decals for the bike that match the wheel decals. She went above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough.

Don’t get me wrong, the wheels are amazing. They look good, ride good, and feel good on the bike. Just just don’t last. I had the tr37s on my 130mm trail bike, and blew the rim up completely, not just a crack. With cushcore and a dh casing maxxis tire after just 2 months of riding. The warranty process was smooth but I’m left with a hub, blown spokes an a decent sized bill to rebuild the rear wheel, not to mention they were quite the investment. And it’s not just me, my friends with tr37s have been cracking them too, as well as people on my local network of trails. Wouldn’t be as much of an issue if they had an in house build option like WeAreOne.

Such a rad company! After a lot of research, and debating which carbon wheelset I was going to go with, Nobl seemed like the right fit. They responded to my emails way faster than some of the other wheel companies. They also let me do a couple of small customization features I wanted to do for my wheel set. The wheels themselves feel amazing on the trail, really reactive, and made my bike feel a lot more playful. Not to mention their lifetime warranty kind of makes it all of a no-brainer. I have already recommended this brand to all of my riding buddies and will be using my wheel set for a long time to come.
