Can't say enough about Shawn and Great Rate Realty. We've used Shawn 4 times in buying and selling houses and each time he has gone above and beyond our expectations! The first time we used Shawn we had just completed a 6 month contract (with no success of selling) with another full commission realtor who told us if we switched we would never get the same service from a lower commission realtor as we would from him. I am glad we didn't listen to his scare tactic! Within 2 months of switching to Shawn and Great Rate, we sold our house at the price we wanted.
