Initial review:Would NOT recommend. I dropped my vehicle off at 11Am and hadn't heard anything so I called them at 4PM to check in. They told me they didn't have the right windshield...which would have been fine If they had notified me. Their excuse- busy with phones". This doesn't sit right with me at all and I will not be going to Crystal Glass again. Be accountable and own your mistakes instead of making garbage excuses. Everyone is busy. Terrible customer service.*****To update my review

Service was quick, friendly but it was weird how they fixed the chips. Still see marks. Last time at a different shop they drilled a little hole and had more tools.

Great experience! Great service and value! I needed a windshield replacement, I went to pick up my car and it wasn’t quite ready. I was told the wrong windshield was ordered. They rushed a new windshield in and replaced it. Turns out the reason the wrong windshield was ordered was my fault. I was really impressed that they still got it done and so efficiently as well. They could have easily booked me another day. I highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service and great value for my dollars! Staff is SO friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Daughter dropped off my vehicle and Lorena drove her back home - with no wait time. There was an oops removing the windshield but they have went above and beyond to make up for it. I would highly recommend this location. Too bad I can't give them more than 5 stars.

I had really great customer service here! the lady at the front desk is so kind and understanding. I was on my lunch break at work and got a big rock chip, I came in right away as that was the only time I could make it in for a couple days. I was concerned about the wait times because I had to go back to work very soon, so they rushed me in and got my chip fixed, and me back to work only being a couple minutes late!! I very much appreciated that they treated me like a person and not just another customer. highly recommend!

My sunroof exploded while I was going down the highway a mile out of Spruce- I pulled in to Crystal Glass at 12:45, and by 2:45 they had tracked down a replacement at a wrecker nearby, sent someone over to get it, installed it in mine and sent me on my way- Saved me a chunk of change and no small amount of hassle over buying new, and a friendly bunch of folks to boot. I live in central Edmonton but it'll be worth the trip out to Spruce Grove next time I need glass done.
