Air Bounce Inflatables & Party Rentals

We've had several events over the years and our best experience yet was with Airbounce Inflatables. Prices are competitive and the staff are easy to work with. Drop-off, set-up, and pick-up always go well.

Air Bounce Inflatables was great - their castles were larger than expected, the kids thoroughly enjoyed them. We ended up renting three on for our Canada Day event. Set up went off without a hitch & pick up / returning them was also great.Customer service wasn't the greatest & frustrating to deal with, once, one got past the customer service, the ordering, contract, delivery & the product was top notch.

Very frustrated after using Air Bounce Inflatables. I called weeks ago to rent out the water slide / bouncy castle combo inflatable for my son's 7th birthday. They were very polite on the phone and took my information. I was specific that my son wanted a water slide and that he wanted a combo inflatable so I reserved the Tropical wet/dry combo. About a week or so before the party I signed the contract and paid the full amount online. Then about 3 days before the party I got a call from them telling me that they accidentally double booked the Tropical wet/dry combo and that they would like to rent me for the same cost a water slide and a bouncy castle as two separate inflatables. I told them I appreciate the problem and how they are trying to resolve it and I wish I could help but I do not have enough room in my back yard for two separate inflatables as the one I rented barely fit. They understood my dilemma and then contacted the other person vying for the same inflatable in which I believe they took the offer. I got a call back from them to let me know that it is settled and that I will get the Tropical wet/dry combo slide and bouncy castle and for my trouble they would like to make it up to me and offered me a lawn game free of charge. I did not expect to be compensated as running a business myself I know people make mistakes and they were doing their best to fix it. I graciously accepted their offer and left it at that. The delivery truck arrived right on schedule before the party but as they were setting it up they told me not to get the inflatable wet. I questioned them why I could not get a water slide wet and they told me it was a dry slide and bouncy castle.... they had brought me the wrong inflatable because work order had the wrong name of inflatable on it. On top of that, the delivery people were not aware of the lawn game that had also been offered to me and did not bring that either. Since it was about an hour before the party I accepted the inflatable and calmly discussed the issues I had during the entire experience. The delivery people told me they would speak to their manager about everything. The next day I got a call from them and they were very polite and apologetic and offered me a $50 voucher towards my next rental. Ironically, this is less than the cost of what was offered to me as compensation before that I never received. I told them I would take the voucher and that they really need to look at all their procedures to avoid all these hassles as this has not been a great experience for me. The day after I happen to look at their website and noticed that the inflatable that they did send me for the party was in fact $110 less expensive to rent. I promptly called them back to let them know and after they looked into it they told me that they would credit my card. I gave Air Bounce Inflatable two stars and not one because through the whole process I know they were trying to help me and they were very polite but the amount of hassle I had to go through as well as the disappointment my son had because he did not get the inflatable he chose and believed he was getting. Yes we all make mistakes but this was just one hassle after another. I hope the input I have provided them will help improve their service in the future not that it will help me since they no longer want to do business with me anymore which is funny since they are the ones in the wrong and have no interest in doing right by me anymore. Much good any voucher for my trouble is going to do as well. It has been one empty promise after another with these people.

After a tent crisis with another rental company, Air Bounce Inflatables & Party Rentals literally saved the day. I called at 8am on Friday morning hoping for a miracle and by 5pm the same day, the entire team met at our venue and set up a total of 5 tents, walls, lighting and heaters for a wedding taking place the following day. It definitely wasn't an easy job and they arrived over prepared, smiling (despite us ruining their Friday night) and ready to make it work. They stayed until the job was done and ensured everything looked and worked amazing, even though it was midnight. Conrad, Rob and their team did everything, including help us other with other issues not even related to them, to ensure we were satisfied. I can't say thank you enough for not only saving the day, but for the professionalism, hardworking staff and pristine tents and equipment. You know I will continue working with you!

Fantastic to work with planning any type of party. Affordable and reliable is hard to find. Expected to rent for 1 day, but was provided for the weekend instead. Great deal! Will always recommend and come back when I need them.

Air Bounce Inflatables has the best selection and service out there! Conrad delivered to us and he was fantastic! Very personable and friendly. He walked us through all the safety and operating instructions and helped us have an awesome event! Thank you so much to Air Bounce for making our event one to remember!

Front to back, this is the best organized company i have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the office staff, who are very knowledgeable, to the delivery driver, who works with you to make sure that everything is just how you need. 10/10 love working with these people, and would recommend them to anyone looking for any party supplies.

I rented their deep fryers for an event as my food truck wasn't ready in time for a booking. These guys saved me from embarrassment and made the event a memorable one! Their attention to detail and willingness to help was bar none. Great equipment, phenomenal service and stellar after care. Definitely recommend. BEST MONEY EVER SPENT!! I booked the Fun-in-One bounce castle for our Family Thanksgiving Event to entertain my nieces and nephews . This castle was the highlight of the event! We had to bribe the kids off of it in order to get them to go to bed.I had paid a 1-day fee for the castle and had it for 3 full days... I mean, BARGAIN! Customer service was fantastic and extremely quick to get back to me by email/phone and answered any/all questions I had.I will 100% be renting from Air Bounce Inflatables again! Highly recommend it for anyone hosting any type of event.

First I asked if our business was within their limits. They assured me St George was. We wanted it for an event on a Friday night. I asked if it would be picked up at arlund 7 because ive rented from their competetor before and was curious how late pick.up was. I was told they don't work the weekend and that they couldn't be sure they can pick up the castle that Friday night so we would Have to keep it for the weekend" and we would be charged double to keep it. I asked to speak to the super visor and no one bothered to call me back. Guess they don't care about us renting. Very unprofessional"
