Paramount Garden Centre

With a gift certificate from family, we selected some beautiful ornamental grasses to help transform our front lawn. Paramount was helpful in the selection and delivered their grassy products on time. And, after their first winter under loads of snow, the new grasses have emerged intact!

I ordered 8 Perennials online from Paramount as I was unable to find them in my Toronto garden centres that I frequent. I was a little hesitant as it was my first experience with this company. Also I’m a little adverse to paying for shipping.To my great surprise, I was impressed with the delivery which arrived in two separate boxes packaged perfectly and the plants arrived in excellent and healthy condition. I will mention that the Shipper/Delivery Person must not have kept one box upright as some of the soil was displaced from the pots. However, no serious damage was done to the plants.Thank you! I have used Paramount for 3 years now and am impressed with the quality of their products. The rose bushes are hardy, their soils and fertilizers are great and they have a wonderful selection of perennials. I only wish they were located closer to my home so that I could pick things up or pay less in delivery charges.

This was my first time ordering from this company. I was impressed with the selection. Order was delivered via ground shipping. Extremely well packaged. Plants are in excellent condition and size they would be if purchased at the garden center. I am thrilled and will be ordering from them again.

I have been ordering from Paramount Garden Centre since the summer of 2021 when I found out about this awesome nursery! The plants they provide are healthy and we get what we ordered. The prices are reasonable and if they mistakenly deliver the wrong plant, they take it back and provide you with the right one. Paramount also informed me this summer that the delivery would be one day late and they compensated with a fertilizer for free! Not many companies know about the exceptional customer service like Paramount does! I really appreciate their customer service and quality of products! I highly recommend Paramount!

Great customer service, prompt replies to my questions and emails. Plants arrived in great shape.When the delivery was delayed by a day, I was notified in advance and received an additional item in my delivery,, free of charge.When the plants were delivered I was notified that they had been delivered to my home.Very positive experience!

3rd consecutive year purchasing plants from Paramount and I don't think I can ever go back to other general garden centres. For your perennials it just makes sense to invest and get quality, gorgeous plants that return year after year. I love liatris. Purchased a few from Paramount and a few from a big box store last year. This year Paramount's have come up looking fabulous and the big box store ones are twigs looking like good compost. Of the 20+ plants I have purchased I have only lost 2 over the last 3 years, and that was due to earwigs and other pests that I wasn't able to control. Excellent customer service quick to reply and very reasonable. Evident they care about the customer as much as their gorgeous plants. The selection is great. It really is hard to justify ever buying anywhere else!

Paramount Garden Centre has an amazing selection of plants available for delivery! I've ordered from them many times and am always happy with the quality and condition of the plants when they arrive. Paramount also carries really great quality soils that I haven't been able to find at my local nurseries or garden centres. I highly recommend Paramount for all your planting needs.
