Total Move Management

My wife and I have used Total Move Management for 3 moves. We move fairly often with my work and I can say honestly that Mike and his team are consummate professionals. He is fast to respond to emails, his prices are fair and most importantly the movers are careful, polite and efficient. I have no hesitation recommending them and will, almost certainly, use them for our next move.

They s company came to my rescue on closing day of my house sale. My previous company Alliance Van Lines were horrible sending the wrong size truck and had to leave a good portion of my furniture behind. The new owners needed to get in and rightly so it was now their house. Alliance were obnoxious and horrible to deal with leaving me in tears.Total Move Management came to my rescue and came same day and moved the rest of and saved the day. They were totally professional and wonderfully friendly. Treated my belongings like their own. I can’t say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for terrific professionals. They should be 5 stars plus

I contracted my household move with Totalmovemanagement in May 2018. I believed that the company was dependable because it is BBB accredited. Instead of moving my stuff themselves, they subcontracted to another small unethical company with no BBB accreditation. When they arrived at my place it was a small unmarked truck, which could not accommodate all my belongings at one time. They made two trips. At the end of the move, we lost so many items. Among them was a box containing my new, never worn clothes of an estimated value of $800, a bread maker and a fax machine. When I complained to the owner of Totalmovemanagement, Mike, sounded very honest person, promising me to compensate me for my losses and never again hire another small company. But at the end he did nothing. We were left with a huge loss.I was very disappointed with this totally undependable company. Nobody should ever deal with it.

I recently hired Total Move Management to move the contents of my 2 bedroom home (partially into storage and the remainder to my new home in Ottawa). They were prompt, courteous, respectful, professional and reasonably priced. I will only deal with them for my next move :)

A huge THANKS to Keith, Isaac, Joe and Ray for all their help moving our business on March 30th. The team was professional, thoughtful and worked diligently to complete the work in a timely manner. They took great care with everything they moved - especially our valuable embroidery machines and other equipment! They were also very considerate around the social distancing issues at the time of our move and were so respectful that way. You have a great team and I am glad we chose you to move us to our new location in Carleton Place!!
