We've had a very positive experience! Neither I nor my husband needed braces, but our 8 year old daughter does. They are patient, kind, explain each step so that we all understand, and our daughter has thus far not had a bad experience that makes her fearful to have her mouth worked on.I definitely recommend, particularly for kids as that is our only experience here and it's been a good one which I know can be tricky.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with viva orthodontics Grandview Dr Galant is always on time and very personable, staff are friendly and accommodating. My child loves going to play the arcades in the waiting room and receiving his v bucks for future gift cards. His teeth are coming along nicely. Would highly recommend viva orthodontics to anyone.

I have been coming to this location for the past 5 years. All 3 of my kids got braces there and they all are happy with their results. My youngest enjoys going to the appointments because staff there is very friendly. Stacy is an incredible person who has made the experience easy and financially accommodating. Dr. Gallant has been a very good orthodontist to all my kids, he always greets them with a smile. My middle child even received free braces for a few teeth because previous treatments that I paid for were not effective. Definitely recommend this clinic.

My daughter has started seeing Dr. Gallant this Spring after meeting with 2 other orthodontists. All came back with the same assessment, but it was Viva's office and specifically Dr. Gallant, that helped make our decision. We are very happy with our experience so far. We have a ways to go in our treatment, however, we are confident it will all go smoothly. Highly recommend.

I love the fact that I can get in and out in less than 30 minutes. As a busy mom on tight schedules this is really crucial. Always on time and great customer service with a warm friendly, environment. Plus the arcade room is a great bonus!

We love viva orthodontics my daughter who is 10 is a patient and we are starting my younger daughter 8 this summer. They always love going as they get points to collect for good brushing ! :):)All staff are great with kidsThanks viva !

I recently completed my treatment and my daughter has started hers. Can’t say enough good things, everyone at the office makes such an effort to get to know patients. Appointments are always running on time, I have been super happy over the past 3 years.

I am just starting my process to be fitted for Invisalign. From the reception, to the consultation, to the scan and the Patient coordinator all have been a pleasant experience. In this day and age of disappointing customer service, the staff have all been great. Looking forward to the next 20 months.

Appointments are quick and timely so no wasted time and the payment plan makes budgeting easy. Children are encouraged and motivated to be self sufficient in their own care.
