This morning I once again received their assistance for my dishwasher repair. The tech that intervened was very scrupulous and competent, with very nice manners. The repair was balanced with the choices to be made and was more than effective. The fair expense in relation to the performance. Good job.

The assessment fee is lower than averagae, I've had multiple people surprised. They were very responsive, professional, on time. Unfortunately the fix for my washer was more than what is was worth but I would use them again if I had any appliance issues.

Finally, a positive experience! friendly, competent, professional and punctual. The technician Jason who came to repair my washer and dryer was a real champion! Besides the super positive repair, next time I intend to buy appliances, they will be the ones I will call for installation! Highly recommend!

Another scam company. They came and turned on the microwave and charged me $150 +tax and then recommended two parts then told me parts from Reliable were unavailable. I phoned and could get in 5 days. Manager phoned and said technician was unqualified and would send new one that day. No one came yet. 12 days since technician showed and no one answers phone or E-mails. It appears they just want the $150 and perform no repairs.

Quick response when called the Appliance Repair Expert with my breakdown issue which led to a technician attending a day later which was great! Best of all I paid the labor up front to the office and was going to be quoted for any parts needed. The tech arrived and assessed my washing machine and told me that I had a blockage and removed it and it’s now working so no parts are needed. So thank you the Appliance Repair Expert for giving a speedy, honest Great repair! Would highly recommend them.
