Moores Clothing for Men

We were in there today to do a suit fitting for me for our wedding. Mathew was who we delt with and I tell you, that man knew his stuff!! He is one intelligent man and knows his stuff. He definently needs a huge pat on the back for his great work that he does!!

I had an emergency" - had to officiate at a wedding

Absolutely terrible service. Called, talked to Mathew and was very specific about needing a rental for a funeral in 2 days and they said they could help me no problem. Come in, they get me all fitted and then tell me that they can only sell me a suit and that a rental isn’t available. Very slimy sales tactics. Especially in this situation. Don’t waste your time with this store.

Nice space. Very helpful staff. Change rooms could use some updating but otherwise an overall pleasant experience. Shout out to Chloe.

My fiancé and I went in multiple times for his wedding suit (purchasing, alterations, pick up, etc.)It would have been just a mundane, normal experience were it not for two great employees there! Olivia and Kamiyah (I hope I spelled it right!) were extremely helpful! They remembered us from past appointments, were very friendly, and had great suggestions!If I recommend Lethbridge Moores to anyone, it is purely because of the great customer service given by those two!

So many options and price ranges, quality products with many discounts and promotions that apply.

The salespeople are pretty nice but have very limited ability to think outside of the box or actually come up with solutions. Online is even worse where I ordered multiple shirts for my bridal party (where they couldn’t supply the same shade of white in both slim fit and regular, so I ordered all in regular fit and had to get them altered, because the slim fit they have doesn’t also come in regular fit for one of the guys in the group..). I ordered multiple shirts and all shipped but 1, 11 days later I check in and they tell me it was cancelled because of no inventory, couldn’t even let me know.. then after pressing further they do have it in inventory now so I need to re-order.. GOOD SERVICE would have let me know when my shirt got cancelled, and let me know the new date it would come in if it was back-ordered.. Moores doesn’t do good service, they just have pre-trained limited service. Sorry, rant over.

Always great service. Have only had one issue a few years back, and they were very quick to acknowledge and fix it. Very happy with the suit I just bought from them, will be back for sure in the future. 10/10!
