He responds to calls and email very quickly and in the 16 years we have known him he has always been able to explain everything to us in a clear and understandable way taking time with us never leaving you feeling rushed as is all to often the case in our world today. I changed my payment date , then following month I was charged $20 late fee for insurance payment plus $50 NSF fee from my bank .Turns out employee didn’t save I correctly which happens but usually when things like this happen businesses compensate you for their error .This was not done in my case , instead a single disabled parent took the loss.Very disappointing to see
