I went to subways while my wife went to DQ next door. I had time to order and eat my sub while my wife was still waiting for her order.19 dollars later Fries were not cooked and hardly any gravy on her poutine.Very disappointed in the service.

The service was slow.They had no fries Togo with my trios so w were all stuck with onion rings.They were closing down for the cold winter to come.This was there last day, so that could be the reason for my troubles.

My friend and I go there especially for the chicken strip basket, but this time was disappointed ! Have they cut their sizes in half ??? My chicken strips were half the size of what they used to be????? Guess got find a new fav!

I've been going to Dairy Queen for many years all over the world. In many ways this was the worst one I have ever gone to. It was fairly busy but this is not unusual on a warm summer day. Unfortunately they were understaffed and most of the staff seemed to be trainees. We ordered a strawberry sundae and a milkshake. It took over 15 minutes after they took the order because each server was running around completely unorganized. When we finally got our order it was something my 5yr old granddaughter could have done. My sundae was some icecream (normal,tasty) with a splash of strawberry. Barely enough to give it a taste. The milkshake tasted fine but the glass was only half full. I took the order outside while my wife paid and when she got outside we realized that they had punched in the order twice so we ended up paying twice the amount we should have. I considered going and complaining but figured it would take another 15-20 minutes and meanwhile my icecream would melt. Very unhappy with our experience.

Just a quick duck in spot off the 401 East with a drive-thru. Burgers were fresh, hot and juicy. Service was fast and friendly. I saved this location on my GPS for lunch stops on the way through trips to Montreal and New Brunswick.

Have been going here multiple times a week with my family. Just the other day they told me we could use the coupons multiple times. Had no problem having to pay extra adding a poutine with the fry. Today they said they can't add a poutine instead of a fry if it's a couple. Yet they had no problem doing it the last 6 times. I think the person i was dealing with was just too lazy to make the adjustments. Won't be returning to this one.

Just got home and my wife's fries that came with her steakhouse burger literally had 18 fries in the container. Not even halfway filled the container with the amount there were. I took a picture but I cant upload it with my comment. Very upset. Not only were the fries lacking in quantity but the burger was artfully placed on top of the container of fries so as to hide the amount. So the employee clearly knew that they were ripping off my wife. Who (for the life of me knows why) actually enjoys DQ fries. Not happy

Used to be very good, but lately not so much. Ordered chicken tenders and they were awful. Also one time my blizzard wasn't mixed properly and had a bunch of chocolate stuck to the bottom. If anything I recommend the cornwall one more.

Tonight my daughter and I were very dissapointed, we ordered the chicken strip basket, which use to be quite good value, last time we order here, the chicken strip were the size of nuggets, and the fries were soggy and cold, my daughter also ordered the mint chip shake and it was watery and poorly mixed.Get it together dairy Queen
