Power hungry tyrants abusive to pubs, bottle shop owners, and those simply trying to operate legal small businesses. They are underhanded and lack transparency. I've seen them raid numerous law abiding businesses, interrogate the managers, and leave with no reason for having been there. Give a government official power and they'll abuse it every time.

They don’t return phone calls

I dropped by today to get my liqueur licence renewed , upon my arrival the attendant which her name is Ashley was amazing .i was so impressed with quality of service i received which it was exceptional . was very impressed during the whole entire time i was filling up information for my renewal. Definitely excellent customer service and care .

I urge you to be more responsible when making decisions that might affect the public especially teenagers and youth! your last minute decision to allow bars to open late during escapade is a call for more trouble. ERs get flooded with young people and you are not helping at all!

Called them asked them how it was within the public interest (as required by the Cannabis Act) to quadruple the price of pot. The women told me its more expensive because they have to make sure the pot isn't laced.So anyways apparently according to the ACGO it costs more money not to add drugs to pot then to sell with pot without drugs added to it. Like what? They also like to refer you to the police, OCS, your MPP, pretty much everyone they can use as a scape goat, but low and behold I called all of these places and what they said all made sense and they all referred me to the ACGO, the ACGO's logic however makes absolutely no sense unless if your in the mindset of a director and someone accidentally leaves a suitcase with 2 million dollars in it beside you.Please call these guys and ask them how price gouging is within public interest, under the cannabis act any operators who are not acting within public interest license must be revoked.Extremely corrupt branch of government.*public interest in law refers to protecting/helping poor and marginalized groups of society and to keep companies profit margins under control.

Absolute useless organization. Waste of money and time. Had a casino giving me problems getting my winnings. Casino is approved on Igaming Ontario site. Called Igaming. Did nothing. Unreal.
