We bought our Norco fs a1s from Marty and he definitely went above and beyond what most bikes shops give you for customer service. We highly recommend taking your bike here for repairs or purchasing your bike from first cycle works

The staff were approachable, friendly and knew their stuff. Gave lots of tips and information that I've never been told before. This place is an awesome business!

Just had a bike repair for the first time here, unbelievable really! It was a simple fix but he took me right on the spot and clearly was an expert, new everything about the bike and was quicker then I could believe. Tried to pay him more but he refused, great place.

I took my road bike in today to First Cycleworks because I had a flat tire and they are really close to my work. They replaced both tires and tubes and set me up with new lube. The owners are genuine people and were both so kind and helpful. I am very happy with the service provided. They've been in business a long time and know what they are doing!

Love Marty and the shop! Have never purchased a bike from anywhere else. Highly recommend the shop. If you want big box service go there. This is a small shop with a few people working who really know their stuff.

Unreal customer service. Looked for a bike last year for my autistic daughter and Marty set me up with an awesome sun seeker. Went back this year and told Dan exactly what I was looking for and he hooked me up with a Norco Storm 4. Insane knowledge and super friendly. No pressure and laid back, local vibe. I’d recommend to anyone.

Top notch shop! Carrying the most product, having the best personalized service and just being down right rad!I lived down the street from the shop for quite some time and they've kept me rolling for about a year now. They just got my 4 year old rolling on his First" bmx (pun intended) a brand new Cult Juvinille! Not only did they get the bike in on time for his birthday but also had stock of 18" camo tires for my daughter. (not something I've ever seen at a local shop)Any time I am looking for an upgrade or need something fixed that I can't find a tool for First will always be my go to.
