I’ve been going to Nail Bar for a year now and Jess is the best. She is the best and ombré and French! Def recommend!

Nail Bar is modern and clean. I have always found the staff to be welcoming, professional and friendly. Jessica (@nails.byjess07 on Instagram) has been doing my nails with dip powder and every time they are perfect. From the shape, to the length, to the color and/or design, Jessica takes the time to make sure you are getting what you came in for. I highly recommend it!

I've been coming to Nail Bar for just over a year, and have had nothing less than amazing service. Jess is my go to nail tech for dip, she is super meticulous and very detail orientated. From a basic colour, to french, to a funky design, she has done fantastic work! On top of it, the nails are prepped and done so well that they easily last 4 weeks without chipping or breaking.

I’ve been coming to see Jessica at Nail Bar every 3-4 weeks for dip manicures for nearly 4 years now. Jessica is incredibly talented, very creative and is meticulous when it comes to her work. You can tell she takes pride in everything she does. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails as she is the absolute QUEEN when it comes to shaping! Jessica is very reliable and a wonderful person overall. I can’t say enough good things about her services. I always highly recommend her to friends, family and co-workers!

I've been to many pedicure places in and around Ottawa.This was by far the best place I've been to. The chairs are comfortable and luxurious. The estheticians we're fantastic. They did a very good job with filling and cleaning the nails and feet. The massage wasn't too short, it was just perfect. The regular nail polish was applied evenly and dried very well.I was quite happy with the quality of this pedicure service and would highly recommend this place!

I have been going to Nail Bar for 2 years now and it's the best dip powder in Ottawa/Gatineau region! Jessica is amazing, meticulous work and helps recommend a new shade and nails it every time. The technique she uses keeps my natural nails healthy. 100% recommend!

Disappointed with the customer service and the quality of my manicure.I am giving two stars to be generous, as a friend of mine sees a different tech at this salon and has never had an issue.Went in to get my nails done for the first time in a long time, book online after getting referred by a friend. I chose whomever was available.The technician had her headphones in the entire time and did not speak to me or engage in conversation. I noticed this was not the case with the other techs and they were speaking with their clients.Since it was my first time getting my nails done in YEARS I was too shy to say anything but was really disappointed by the experience and the quality of my nails and the shellac manicure. Every single person I showed my nails to stated I had to reach out because the quality I got was not the same as they advertise on their Instagram.I attempted to call the salon and reach out via Instagram, after MULTIPLE attempts over a two week span, I was NEVER answered.I ended up soaking them off and will never be going back.Photos attached are from the DAY OF getting my nails done, within an hour of being home. They look super grown out, bubbly and not to the standard they advertise whatsoever. I paid near $50 for the set (I did not need a previous set soaked off so this was the ‘cheaper’ service).

I'm fairly new to getting my nails done. I got dip nails with extensions. My technician explained everything and did beautiful work. So happy with my experience at Nail Bar!

I’ve been going to Nail Bar for 4 years for dip nails. Started going to Jessica 3 years ago, love her creativity. I usually come in with an idea and she always executes perfectly. Highly recommend!
