CLSC de Sainte-Rose

Had an appointment for bloodwork at 3 pm. ( Confirmed via text) I arrived 20 minutes prior to being told that the blood collection center close at 3 pm and no one was there …. ( already because yes i was still 20 min prior my appointment)And everyone kept only telling me how close it was instead of actually helping out and figure out why this happened and how we could reschedule.

Some good people work here, but they are not enough to make a difference.

The doctors in this clinic are incompetent !!! I have had the worst experience in my life . I have met this doctor on July 13th I wouldn't call him a doctor he is a joke, hes was shacking his head to me all the time no answers to my question , hands in his pockets, the only three words he knew ( I dont know ) he was standing in a rush to go , there was a zero conversation !!! at some point I had to question myselfis is he a doctor , i wouldn't trust him on my life , Wow never again . Must avoid , must avoid, I wish I could rate less than 0 start . And the receptionist is rude !!!

My mother has cancer and she is blind and he nurse who come at home to take care of taking blood and changing the pic-line don't follow what the doctor said and she blames it on the nurse at Hospital Rosemont Maisonneuve she lie and tell us that she don't have the time to do her job and that my mother has to move and go to the CLSC so they can take care of her but she can't she is blind and it recent so she is not in any confort to go to the CLSC to do this and the nurse should do her job or if she can't do an other job because if they don't arrange this I'll go see the news and the news paper to fill a complain !!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL !!

I would give them a 5 star. A very pleasant receiving at the entrance by a lady and security. I went with my daughter for doctor appointment. I speak little bit French but still they were all very co-operative and helpful.Many places i had bitter experiences before but this clinic was really good.Doctor was very attentive and helpful. We got the consultation and prescription in half an hour. I really appreciate every ones efforts.

They don't have the conscience in this clinic!!! I am a patient that can't speak French and a little bit English. I need to do my bloodtest in emergency but they said that I need to have a translator to continue althought I have my paper already!!! If there 0 star, I will chose it with no hesitant!!!!

Met up with a female doctor with glasses that told me she didnt speak english and i can leave. Oh my goodness how unprofessional. First doctor i ever met that doesnt speak english and oh what an attitude she had too!

Went to due some blood test and the staff was absolutely amazing. Going from the entrance up until my test. Absolutely amazing service.

all these English comments are untrue. blood test is Free and you guys are still complaining.u wait outside in winter. so what? im here at 5.30am not because i love it.because i want to pass first. if i feel cold , its my problem and not clsc's. if you have problem with free service. why dont u go to the private clinic. y'all will be running back to the clsc,once u get charged 100$ for a simple blood test.

The trick to avoiding long waits: show up at 6am or even 5:30am. Yes you will be waiting outside in line in the cold, but once the doors open at 7am, hurry in and grab a number. You'll probably be 1-6 in line, and you'll pass within an hour. If not, easily expect a 3-4+ hour wait.Better to wait a defined amount of time (from 5:30 am to 7am) than an undefined amount of time (4 hours or more).
