No problem making an appointment, reception is friendly. I recently had to start wearing my glasses more so thought I'd get a more modern pair that I like. Dr. Tang is very knowledgeable and friendly, quick during the assessment. There is a wide selection of frames, with many really nice modern styles. She helped me pick out ones perfect for me. Would recommend.

The doctors and staff at Royal City Optometry are great to work with. They provide excellent care to our whole family and are very attentive with our kids. They ask good questions and listen to understand our concerns. And I love the selection of frames they offer - very on trend and a lot of options to choose from. I also appreciate their green efforts like their Eco frames and contact lens recycling.

I am always positively greeted and I know my vision health is being given the appropriate attention in every visit. My most recent experience was getting a new pair of glasses. I liked both frame alternatives chosen and the second choice to provide some variety and decision making opportunity was the frame used for the glasses I bought, the decision was completed in a matter of seconds, picked them up today, right in the time period expected. Always love chatting with Dr. Donna. Great experience every time. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, reviews the imagery, changes in prescriptions etc. They have a good selection of very affordable glasses, and are open to ordering in frames they don't have in stock at a great rate as well. Couldn't be happier with my experience, and I've been going here for a few years now.

Dr. Tang is personable and very knowledgable. My kids and I enjoy our visits, and I've sent many friends her way because I trust and genuinely like her. Great selection of stylish frames, too!

Dr. Tiffany Tang & her associates are very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of optometry, and very professional. The office is clean and sanitary, and the reception staff is kind and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be returning!

I really dislike going to the doctor, eye doctor, dentist etc. It does give me a lot of anxiety to have to make an appointment for anything medical. The staff at Royal City Optometry always put my mind at ease right from the initial phone call, and when I arrive they are very welcoming and genuine. They always somehow fit me in the same day or next day if I need an appointment right away. It feels like I'm visiting friends rather than going to the doctor! I really have to stress here, that I really really dislike all and any doctor appointments.I have seen both Dr Tang and Dr Chinn. They have greatly eased my anxieties over my eye problems; they are mindful of my migraines that can be brought on by wearing glasses, and my prescription is always perfect and bang on! Both doctors are friendly and empathetic while really taking the mystery and fear out of eye problems and issues.The staff were wonderful helping me pick out beautiful frames, again (this is my 4th pair of glasses with them) and I get lots of compliments on them! The staff also gave me great advice and assistance on how to get used to my first pair of progressives. They truly are a team that work well together, which makes patients like me feel comfortable, at ease, and takes away the stress from visiting the doctor.
