Smitty's Restaurant and Lounge St. James
Went there at night for wings. Overall was a good experience. Staff was very friendly and polite. Highly recommend during their wing nights the only issue is the long wait to get the food. Wings were however worth the wait.

Had a large group out to celebrate a retirement in a private room. Our main server was so friendly and attentive! My meal was fresh and hot. I loved having the coffee carafes and water pitchers at the table. I highly recommend this venue!

Went to breakfast today. Arrived at 7:45. We were seated promptly and got our water. It goes downhill from there! We place our order and it takes a while to come and the food was COLD! Shane, our server, never came back to check on us. We ate most of our meal and waited and waited. Shane never came back. Finally I saw her so I got up and asked to pay the bill. We told her our food was cold and that we had waited a long time and her reply was “ok” and that a big table and come in and she was busy with them. So I guess their money was better than ours?!? Terrible experience. The bacon was excellent was excellent though.

Had Xavier as our server. He is one of the nicest servers we ever had. Attentive, helpful and just a breath of fresh air. Our meal wasn't great but we could not say anything to Xavier when he came by to ask how things were..we didn't want to have him feel bad. He just struck as someone who would take it personally.

Had the worst service in my life. I have never been treated so poorly at any restaurant in my life. Our food was excellent but it could not negate the awful server we had. She didn’t give our waters after we asked multiple times. She swore and dropped f*bombs while taking our order. We had to ask 3 times for napkins for our party of 4 on a wing night and she gave us two. I have never had a worse restaurant experience in my life.

Great food, good service, but gets pricey for a family. Had about a 15 minute wait to get in, and the washroom was dirty, but one could order out to avoid that.
