Workhaus Coworking & Office Space

I personally love this place because while there are a few co-working spaces offering a cost efficient way for companies to get started, a) people ACTUALLY get work done here and b) the space is beautiful/great looking place to bring professional clients. The companies and people here are professionals and come to work, but at the same time are super friendly and I would say you will end up meeting people. Also has good pricing considering the location, space, and gym that is included.

Awesome place to work. I'm a dedicated desk user (software dev). The bike parking and the gym are great perks. The staff is very friendly, helpful and flexible to ensure all your needs are met.

Excellent Service!

Manager discussed my lease and in front of other tenants creating tension for those paying the same but not having access to my own space - which I was offered on the phone and during the tour. Arrived to a meeting with a potential client and found my desk and belongings being moved without my consent and without warning. When I set boundaries of what I expected, I was told he was aloud to move my things because I was only a trial client. Received no contract, services promised were then retracted. No information on how and where to make payment. Acted in good faith, and when my space was violated and I set boundaries and expectations, I was gas lighted, and told I couldn't return. The interaction was treated emotionally, unprofessionally, and alienated me from the two other dedicated desk tenants. Instead of being solutions focused and professional, the manager became defensive and used verbiage to alienate me from the community". The services were over promised

Excellent co-working company with great rates. Super friendly staff, unique and functional shared space. They have private offices as well as open area desking, coffee and lounge area etc.

Beautiful space with lots of amenities. Great staff, nice gym, modern offices and stunning lounge area. Great place to collaborate. Excellent location, right on the C-Train line and close to shops and restaurants/bars.
