This store is the reason why I buy online. Staff did not know how to check public wish list. No greeting when i walk in the door. No apologies for not know what she was doing. Did not suggest alternatives for problem.8 staff on the floor. All dress in black and all looked like they are attending a funeral. Please hire more mature staffs or staffs who are excited about the products they are selling.

I love Pandora and have bought a lot of things for myself and friends but would never shop at this store. I went there because I got a new bracelet from my mom and within a month a stone fell out. The store refused to do anything for me. I took the same bracket to Vancouver snd they replaced it no questions asked! This store is awful, the service is pathetic! Be careful with this store they don’t back up their product and if the person who bought you a gift didn’t enter you into the system or gave you a recipe your screwed!

Very good selection of bracelets and pendants. The staffs were amazing and helped us select the right one.

I love shopping here at Pandora at the mayfair mall location! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and are willing to do anything they can to help their customers! I am so impressed by the service they give me when ever i walk into that store! I personally thank the manager for helping me pick out something perfect for my mom today!

A young indian girl helped me and my friends to choose a ring, she was extremely nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist us and made us feel very comfortable and happy to be shopping there! Great customer service :)

Went in to do a simple return for a ring. I was polite to both of the staff that were there, and the younger one greeted me as soon as I walked in.The main issue happened so fast that I honestly was in shock.I returned a ring that I purchased for $130. The manager or supervisor was standing next to the sales rep and decided to help her set up the interac machine to process my return. They handed me the machine to tap my card, and as I was about to tap it the manager/supervisor grabbed my wrist very aggressively and didn't even look at me. She then pushed her hand into my right breast, and didn't even apologize for violating my personal space or the horrible way she grabbed me. She actually had the nerve to say sorry to the sales associate instead of me because she didn't mean to scare her".All of that happened because she couldn't understand why I was getting around $145 back for my return

Very disappointed. Completed an online order and needed to exchange a charm. Researched their policy and it stated they will exchange it in store ( if I had a receipt- which I did). Salesclerk said they are a Pandora store but wouldn’t complete exchange. I asked where else I could go and she said she didn’t know. I ended up going to Ann Louise instead where their friendly staff enabled the exchange. Won’t be returning to this store.

There's selling and then there's pushy. The folks working here are definitely pushy. If you like to take a look before buying (especially if you plan to tell a spouse to buy you said charm for upcoming occasions, like I do) then go online instead. They make you very uncomfortable if you aren't buy right then. I wouldn't go back, despite preferring to shop in-store.

I usually buy my presents for my girlfriend here. The staff asks great questions to ensure im buying the right gift. The jewelry is of good quality, lesser metals give my girlfriend a rash and she has never experienced that with the jewelry sold here.

Went in to the store in March about my ring that had stones fall out. They looked for the ring to replace my broken one, and they didn’t have my size. They told me to keep coming back and checking in. I went in 2-3 times a month for 6 months and the proceeded to tell me to ‘come back’ every single time I went in. None of the employees were helpful. I asked if they could call me when they got my size of the ring in. They said no, they can’t call me, you have to call us. I kept going back in to see if my ring was in and in late August, they finally offered to order it in from another store. I have spoke to probably almost every employee there, and only one was helpful, at the end. They finally got my ring in for me and told me ‘not to break it next time.’ I wasted 6 months, getting terrible customer service with nothing to offer me because I waited patiently, for such a long time. Not impressed.
