It was my daughter's birthday party. The staff did an amazing job by decking out the room with decorations, balloons and a beautiful arrangement of flowers! It brought tears of joy to her and her mom. Over the top! Thank you so much.

Staff are super friendly!! The place is beautiful and very spacious, pool, free late check out, free HUGE buffet breakfast. Best experience I've had at a hotel especially for the price!

Our room wasn't very clean when we arrived.Manager talked to us and corrected the situation before we left.Nice hotel and location, we expect the next visit to be a better experience.

I was staying in Westlock for work and my room was available early and was lovely, so I was able to get some work done sooner than later. Staff were friendly and professional. I was also within walking distance of a few other businesses which was great!

We evacuated in this hotel for a week due to wildfire, staff are very accommodating and friendly. We really enjoy our stay in this hotel. My son loved the water slide. Great location and lots of parking. Thank you to manager Mr. Mark Alvarez and all the staff of Ramada Westlock.

Upon entering hotel we notice everything was clean, up to date decor and very nice service at front desk. Our room was very clean, beds are awesome, quiet hotel and the Dove soaps etc were very nice too. The only thing I would improve on is double checking room to make sure toiletries are all there, maybe have front end staff tell you about pool, breakfast times and maybe a call to room to make sure everything is good. Just special touches of customer service. Breakfast was great and it was really nice to see it until 10am. They had sausages, eggs, hash-browns, bagels, danish, toast, cereals, waffles, juice, tea/coffee and lots of places to sit.
