Molly Maid Aurora came in to save the day when I needed to request an office cleaning. Right from the start with my call to the Aurora office and talking with Carrie, she provided me the confidence and professionalism needed to accommodate my needs. Amanda & June arrived on time, they were friendly, dedicated and did a outstanding detailed and professional cleaning. Had a move out cleaning done and they did an excellent job! They showed up on time and were very efficient. I was quoted for 4 hours and they were done in less time than quoted. Great job!

Very happy with the Aurora cleaning crew. The two ladies assigned to my house have done such an amazing job. Tanya (owner) and Carrie (office manager) are wonderful to deal with. So happy I decided to book these bi-weekly services.

Terrible customer service handling their phone line and emails.2wice now, I have called to try and book with them, but for whatever reason the Aurora office is always closed by 2pm on a work day.The lady I spoke to said someone will call me from the Aurora office, also got email that someone by the name Carrie will call me back.It been 2 weeks, still waiting...I guess maybe my money is too small for Molly Maid to take.I am happy to have found a locally owned cleaning company who did a fantastic job for me.Won't be recommending ever, as they can't even be bothered to speak with you or call you back.

We started using molly maid a couple years ago when we moved out of one old home for a move out clean and then a move in clean in our new home - we’ve gone from one off cleans to biweekly to now weekly. Tanya and Carrie in the office are always accommodating and Linda and Valentina are so fast and efficient and do such an amazing job every time they come. Our kids love seeing them too, they’re always a pleasure and we dont know what we’d do without them!Thank you Molly Maid Aurora!

I called Molly Maid for the first time for a one-time clean just shortly before Thanksgiving. I was having my son's new in-laws to Thanksgiving dinner and a family member arriving from out of town to stay with me. The staff arrived on time. They were very friendly and extremely efficient. Molly Maid Aurora has provided regular cleaning services for my family for more than two years. Throughout the two years, they have really maintained my house to a professionally cleaned level, with attentions to details in all the corners in the house, leaving every cleaning job done with a touch of love - stuff animals neatly tucked in bed, towels beautifully folded in the washroom, just to name a few. I would highly recommend Molly Maid Aurora to anyone in the York Region area that are looking to have their homes cleaned to the best possible condition. She went above and beyond to help me. Tanya followed up with me often and provided additional support and advice. My home was cleaned in time to be ready for the painters.
